We had perfect weather and enjoyed the beach and had dinner at the beach bar one night. Great service by Seabrook staff and great communication and responsiveness by Coastal Getaways! We loved the dog friendly villa and marsh views! Amazing!

We loved the location. On the beach and close to the pool and Pelican's nest. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Location was perfect, easy access to lake house pool and quick bike ride to the beach. Very comfortable and clean. They have everything you need for a fabulous vacation.

The condo has a wonderful view of the marsh from the screened in porch. The kitchen is small but the appliances are all updated. This is our 3rd visit to this condo and we hope to return in the future. We enjoyed our stay at 1807 Heron Pt. Our 2 adult children joined us and we also brought our family dog.

I loved that I could bring my small dog and feel comfortable that it was easy to keep the unit clean with the LVP floor. He is 15 and it was the trip of a lifetime for the two of us, so thank you for having pet-friendly units. The unit had everything I needed in the kitchen, and all was well maintained. I worked at the large counter/table. The only things that could be improved: it’s about time for the mattress to be replaced, and the furniture was dated, but it did have all the space I needed. The AC struggled to keep up with the humidity.Thank you for asking for feedback. It is what makes me feel confident staying at your properties. Great communication and service Coastal Getaways I will not hesitate to book with you again!

We enjoyed our time at 1717 shelter cove. The home was clean and had a beautiful view. We will be booking again.

This was our first visit to Seabrook and we loved our time at 929 Sealoft. The unit was just as described and perfect for our family of 6. Beach access was super easy on Boardwalk 3, and we loved riding bikes all over the island. The kitchen was well-stocked which made preparing meals at home much easier. Coastal Getaways was very responsive to any of our needs.

We loved it! Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect distance for walk to the beach. Incredibly clean. No complaints!

The villa is beautiful. I loved the paintings in the primary bedroom. The walk to the beach is right in behind the villa, right off the porch. Having access to the amenity card was so helpful. Thank you. We lived our stay and will return in the future.

We loved being able to walk over to the beach club and the easy access to the beach. We spent most of our time, at the condo, on the amazing balcony. We will definitely stay here, again.

An Authentic Lowcountry Experience I hardly ever take the time to write a review; however after spending a week on 3145 Green Heron Court on Seabrook Island, SC, I just had to! Having grown up in Lowcountry SC, we were looking for the same vacation we enjoyed as kids and 3145 Green Heron Court definitely delivered! The home itself was awesome and well appointed….you could tell the owner really took time to pay attention to the details that a guest would appreciate. They also did an amazing job with the interiors and the floorplan is perfect for families or several couples. By far though, what makes the home so unique is the plot of land on which it is located. It is one of the few homes on island with a dock on a beautiful creek with western views, so we took full advantage of it! From crabbing to fishing, grilling on the deck, spending the mornings having coffee on the screened-in porch and watching the incredible sunsets, some of our most special moments were spent there. The back of the home is basically all windows so wherever you are inside or out, it feels like you are living in a painting! The photos we shared to friends and family blew them away! We would have been perfectly ok with spending the majority of our time in this awesome home, however the owner of the home is a member of the Seabrook Island Club so we also had access to the Club amenities. We had so much fun at the pools/beach and the food and cocktails at the Island House were a big hit! The restaurant at Pelicans Nest was great too! I was lucky enough to play a round of golf as well! The design was forgiving but still a challenge and the course was beautiful and in great shape. This lowcountry vacation was the real deal! Shortly after returning home we went ahead and reserved another stay! You will not be disappointed with all that this home and island has to offer! Cheers!

The condo was great. Clean, well equipped and really liked the porch. Great kitchen and eating spaces. So glad that they are so dog friendly. It was a good time for ALL! Little glitch with fridge, cleaning people hadn’t closed freezer tight. Freezer and fridge warm when we arrived. Got it taken care of. Would not stop us from coming again.

My old home is just across the creek from this villa so the location was perfect for me. The marsh view and peek of the ocean was lovely and ever changing. I liked this villa more and more each day and hope to stay again in the near future.

Our stay at 620 Shadowwood was pretty comfortable. The unit is well equipped. It is great for 2 people.We enjoy Seabrook island. This is our 2nd time renting there. The beach is great and the island is full of wildlife. The residents seem to be very friendly.

This condo at Seabrook was great. Definitely would stay again. Great location and Coastal Getaways very responsive.Minor detail - but would nice to have a few beach chairs on hand for use.

Very nice property only thing I would change is the length of the shower curtain in the bathroom.

Everything was fantastic. This was our 2nd time staying at 1385 and will stay there again! We have stayed in numerous Villas and this is in the top 2!!!Well equipped kitchen and very private since it is set back and corner unit. 🥰🥰🏖️🏖️

We had a wonderful weekend away at 953 Sea Loft Villa Drive. Everything was perfect for our friends. It was just enough space! It was updated and very clean! It was close to everything! Thanks for having us we will be visiting again!

We had a great stay! Location was perfect, could see the beach from our balcony. Space was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandparents. Being dog friendly was a must for us, but it was nice the place wasn’t covered in fur. Very clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with all utensils you could need. Would definitely stay again. Items that could use addressing, one of the sliding glass doors needs attention and the doors in front of laundry.

Nice, quiet spot. You could sit outside and read or have a drink and watch golfers putt out on the green behind the villa.

First floor unit was perfect for a few days with my small dog. Very convenient, right next to beach walkway, easy walk to beach. We did hear footsteps from the unit above on occasion but it wasn’t bad. Kitchen was well-stocked, furniture very comfortable, beach chairs and cart were a plus. Bath was very nicely renovated. AC didn’t quite keep up with humidity and mattress could use replacing but was still comfortable. Overall, fantastic stay.

620 Shadowwood was a very comfortable place to stay for the 2 of us and our little dog Lincoln. It was well stocked and equipped. Furniture is comfortable. I would recommend it. Coastal Getaways also is helpful and good to deal with.

THE INTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, IN FACT THE MOST COMFORTABLE COMPARED TO THE LAST TWO RENTALS WE USED PREVIOUSLY. KITCHEN WAS WELL STOCKED.

We just got home, so I couldn't answer before now. We love 2903 Atrium Villa, and we treat it like it was ours. Our thanks again to the owners. Only two things we can think of that would be nice to have there would a colander.
