This is a wonderful place to get away and do nothing except relax and enjoy the beach. Though Charleston is nearby, we rarely left the island. The property is across the street from the ocean with access within an easy walk. We went during off-season over the US Thanksgiving holiday in late November. It was quiet and very relaxing. Exactly what we were looking for. The dogs had a good time as well since they can frolic on the beach off-lead that time of year.

This cottage is exactly as seen in the pictures and listing description. It is extremely well appointed. Nothing was left out. All the furnishings are relatively new, very comfortable and clean. We had a lovely time over the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed our stay here very much. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at Seabrook.

We loved our stay at Pelican Watch! This is the second year we’ve celebrated Thanksgiving at Seabrook. We’re hoping to make it a tradition! We loved the Christmas trees!

Second time staying at this Spinnaker. Perfect size for two adults and two kids (7 and 10), if the kids are willing to share the second bedroom (two queen beds). Very well equipped - more than enough to make a full Thanksgiving dinner.
A short walk across the road to the beach via boardwalks. Dolphins are a regular feature and come close to shore. Other beaches well within reach via short bicycle rides (roads are relatively quiet and drivers generally very considerate).
The house was very clean and decor is tasteful, modern and bright. A very nice place to stay - so much so, we booked another visit before we left.

We had such a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and well stocked. The beds were very comfy. I love how many bathrooms there were for the 7 of us! Everything was nearby that we needed and we love the fact that the beach was so close. My boys loved the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked, which worked out perfectly for a Thanksgiving dinner. I would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful, quiet location. House was clean, lots of space, and privacy. Great views from the balconies. Beautiful kitchen, all appliances working well, well supplied with plates, and utensils. Area great for relaxation, and quiet walks. Very close to the beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach. Most of the stores, and beaches are dog friendly. Steep stairs to get into the apartment, not a great place for people with disabilities.

Nicely stocked kitchen, love the screened in porch and lounge chairs on patio.

Great layout, pleased to see the extra refrigerator in the garage, loved the couch iin living room, well equipped kitchen, Alexa concierge service., porches and sunroom, Loved walking everyday and fire rring on the beach at might for s'mores. So peaceful and slower pace. Can't wait to return.

I loved my stay on Seabrook Island! I stayed here with my 2 small dogs and we loved everything about it! I think I loved Freshfield Village the most! You have to try the sweet tea fried chicken at Kings Grill lol. I’m disappointed that I didn’t see any wildlife but then I’m not lol. This was a great place for a quiet stroll day or night. I do have a piece of advice … DO NOT come in for the first time at night like I did lol it was so intimidating but beauty once the sun came up. I gave less stars for cleanliness because on my last day I saw what looked like a baby roach in the kitchen and when I got back home there was one in my suitcase! OMG! But I’m sure if I had seen it before then Nancy would have handled it right away. The whole staff was great and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

This house is perfect for our family of 8! The rooms are spacious with lots of seating. It is perfectly located to the wide open beach via the boardwalk!

Such a comfortable property. My wife and I love to have getaways to Seabrook several times a year and this was our first visit to this condo. Beautifully decorated and the sunset from the back porch is nothing short of stunning. Will definitely be back.

Location of this particular residance made me happy because I biked to stores all the way on the sidewalk. I loved the wild-life viewing fom my balcony. Super clean , tastefully decorated and comfortable Home away from Home.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Not only was it well equipped and beautifully decorated, it was spotless…I mean beyond clean! With just a short walk to the beach and beautiful views from each of the three porches, our stay was everything we could have wished for. We have stayed in many places on Seabrook but this is definitely our favorite- will book again!

My husband and I had a perfect getaway. The property was everything we hoped it would be. The back porch is right at the boardwalk to the beach, and best of all we were able to bring our dog. We got to see the dolphins right along the beach on multiple occasions. I didn't realize the kitchen was as fully stocked as it was, which made cooking easy when we stayed in. And there was even firewood for a beach fire which we did on our last night. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Atrium Villas! We had multiple properties within walking distance to each other and the venue. It was the perfect condo for us! Enjoyed our breakfast on the beautiful porch each morning. Everything was spotless and well equipped. The decor was super cute too! Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

This home was beautiful. The pictures are spot on. The location was simply stunning. Seabrook Island, while a bit of a drive from Charleston, was the perfect spot to unwind. While we never ate in the home (I don't want to cook on vacation!) it had everything you needed to make the perfect meal - even some staples like salt & pepper, sugar, spices... items not normally seen in rental homes. If I could have taken the couch home with me, I would have. It was so incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Now for the management company - Coastal Getaways of South Carolina were by far, the best company I have dealt with. Quick to respond to questions. Simply a pleasure to deal with. The daily free activities were also a bonus. While we only took the dolphin boat cruise, it was fun and relaxing.

Wonderful condo perfect for the two of us. Nicely decorated and maintained. Spectacular water and wildlife viewing.
What made our stay was Coastal Getaways, the property manager. After our first night in another unit, we noticed a lot of noise in the unit above us, ie. construction. We called and Allison in the office was great. Said she would investigate and call us back as they didn't control the property in question. We promptly got a call back from her, very apologetic and offering to move us to one of two other units. They had no idea there was going to be construction all week. We accepted the proposal and moved into this unit and enjoyed ourselves. We were allowed to preview the unit and housekeeping was just finishing, and handed us the key.
This is a wonderful unit and it's managed by a team who reminded us there are a lot of good people in this world. This could have been a tough situation with construction overhead for a week, instead we were able to move and enjoy this unit. Thank you Coastal Getaway.

Our family really enjoyed this beach community. Lots of walking, golfing, shopping nearby. It was our first visit to Seabrook Island. The condo is beautiful. Loved the decor. Great private outdoor patio area. We loved it. Thank you for everything.

Great location...easy bike ride to both the beach and the crab dock. Quick golf cart ride up to Bohicket and Freshfields.

The layout of the home is terrific. The master and second queen room are separate from other two queen rooms. Very nice quiet privacy. The pool table was the center attraction. Brand new gas grill worked great for steaks and cedar plank salmon. Allowed our two small dogs and had covers for sofas (very smart). Nice location, private back yard, not so close to beach. (A very long bike ride). Overall really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the owners.

Thus is an awesome property! Very clean and very beautiful views! Very quiet area for this time of year and very quiet, which is good if you are looking for a nice, peaceful getaway! Definitely worth staying again!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The neighborhood is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch which provided a good spot to eat breakfast and play games.

Quite enjoyable and across an expanse of sand from the actual beach. The view is not hampered at all.
