We really enjoyed our stay at 2713 Seabrook Island Rd. We’ve been to Seabrook many times and each time is a little better. The location of the home was perfect, decor was beautiful, and home was stocked with everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful home. It was a fantastic trip!

2251 Catesby's Bluff was wonderful for our family of 7 adults and one baby. We loved the location, the layout of the house, and most especially the large kitchen, dining, and living area. The house was well stocked with everything you'd need for cooking (which we did most nights since we had a baby) and has been updated so nicely! The AC went on the blink a little bit one day, but someone came very quickly to remedy that...it ended up being something minor with the upstairs thermostat. It is so nice that there is a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and two bikes available for renters to use. We didn't use the bikes since we had already rented several (not knowing the condition of the ones there), but they looked to be in great condition. Having access to the garage was very nice and gracious as well, and made it easy to get equipment in and out and put it away after cleaning it. I really loved this house so much....I was sad to leave it, and as always, sad to leave Seabrook when our week was over. I love so many things about Seabrook and will always come back.

Overall just a relaxing long weekend with our dogs. Tennis in the morning, beach in late afternoon, cooking up lots of delicious fresh local shrimp.House was as described. Layout and accommodations served us well. Location was just what we were looking for (quiet dead-end street, direct access to a boardwalk, good family room / screened-in porch to relax, good internet and TV).

Enjoyed our stay at 2935 Atrium Villa. Love the porch and amenities of Seabrook. Cons would be not enough seating in living area and couch not very comfortable to sit on. Need hooks or hook racks for towels, swimsuits, etc. Need new shower curtain and liner. Would rent again.

We loved the location. Well appointed and nicely decorated. We decided to go to Seabrook for our anniversary. Trusing online reviews and desire to be by the water, we chose to stay at 1305 Pelican Watch Villa . Our expecations were exceeded.The location of this villa was perfect for us. a first floor unit,easily accessible, very close to the boardwalk leading to the beach, with a covered patio offering a view of the water. We were able to take walks on the beach, view beautiful sunsets, and enjoy watching the many birds.The unit is nicely decorated, and offers a fully equipped kitchen, with both a Keurig and coffee maker. We were able to find anything we needed to prepare a meal.

This was the 5th house we have rented on Seabrook and by far the best. Loved the screened in porch to relax and watch deer in the backyard. My teens loved the pool table. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great. The house was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable.

We enjoyed the beach, pool, horses, and especially the view from 1220 creek watch. I think it was the best Creekwatch condo we’ve stayed in.Thank y’all, you’ve been great to rent from. Have a wonderful summer.

The villa is beautifully decorated! We loved sitting on the porch in the comfortable chairs each morning and evening! The kitchen is well stocked! The boardwalk to the beach was easy to access. We would definitely stay at this villa again! Coastal Getaways did a great job communicating all of the logistics for our visit!

The unit is huge, well kept, and convenient to both Pelican Watch Beach and the club pool. The hosts are very helpful and made our stay easy and relaxing.

We truly enjoyed out stay. The home was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and walking to the crab dock to watch the sunset.

The house was beautiful and very well appointed. Anything we needed in the kitchen was found. Plenty of cookware, serving dishes, glassware for all types of drinks. A/C worked great and kept the house cool even with temps in the 90s. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of very nice bath towels for all four en-suite bathrooms. Washer and dryer were handy. Access to the house was easy using the lockbox. Reaching the boardwalk to the beach was only a short walk away. Overall, a great experience was had by all. We would definitely book this home again.
The properly management company was very responsive. There was an odor in the garage area and they came immediately to remedy the issue. They also power washed the outdoor shower that had collected pine straw and palm frond debris. If I made a suggestion it would be that the gas grill be attended after guests leave. There was an enormous buildup of charred residue and grease in the bottom that resulted in flames that couldn’t be controlled before our meal was ruined. On the plus side, the resulting ash was easily scooped away the next day leaving the grill ready for safe use.

Perfect place for two couples. Was down for a weekend event and pricing was reasonable given the area. Coastal was accommodating and the place was comfortable.

The cottage was everything that was described! There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. We had a wonderful time sitting on the screened in patio in the morning enjoying our coffee and eating dinner at the spacious table outside in the evenings. The beach is just a bike ride away. Seabrook is one of our favorite places to visit and we would definitely stay at Summerwind Cottage again the future!

Wonderful property with gorgeous view of 18th green. We walked to the pool and sunset beach. So many great restaurants in the area. Hope to return - great place to stay.

The house was super clean and amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Location was right on the golf course. Kitchen came with everything we needed to cook with. We really enjoyed watching the deer in the evenings. Our only complaint is with Seabrook Island after spending so much money on a house you could not bring your own golf cart. And it seems like they want money all the time because they require you to rent a golf cart which is over $1200 but the house and property was amazing

We had a wonderful week at Seabrook! The house was great! It was very clean, easy check in and check out process, it was within walking distance to the pools and beach access. We absolutely loved our time there. Will definitely be visiting Seabrook again.

Laidback feel and quiet of Seabrook is always are favorite! Wonderful property with fun views of the pond and wildlife for my boys. Having multiple outside sitting areas is really nice. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Coastal Getaways did a great job for us thank you!

villa, and really enjoyed our stay. The beach access was very close, but also enjoyed being on the golf course. It was kind of nice being away from all the lake house traffic on Memorial Day weekend as well. Traveling with smaller kids we felt this place met all our needs. Being so close to be beach and just a short bike ride to the pool was nice.

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family of 12 people with 8 adults and 4 children. The back porch was great and we spent most of our evenings out there. We had most of our evening meals at the house and found all the utensils that we needed. I’ve stayed at Seabrook about 18-20 times now and this house was one of the best. I’d rate it 10 out of 10. The only thing that would have been nice is that with a 5 bedroom house, the owners should try to have an additional trash can. But we made it work.

The house was the perfect size for our group of 5 people. It was comfortable and wonderfully appointed. We appreciated that there were games, books, and all of the beach equipment that we needed. We loved sitting outside on the porch during the day watching for wildlife (and golfers). The location was excellent - a short walk to the nearest beach access point and an easy bike ride to the other beach access points which we preferred. I only have positive things to say about this rental!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Location was great! Not a complaint at all but we did have trouble with the lockbox getting stuck sometimes. Probably just sand and humidity.. but wanted to pass along. Thank you for everything!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Seabrook. It was our first visit but not our last. The 774 Spinnaker Beach house was very well stocked with kitchen items and supplies. Location was walkable to the beach and outdoor pool. The home has been updated and is in good condition. Also thank you for allowing our dog to vacation with us. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our rental! It had all the amenities that we needed. The balcony was a favorite place. The proximity to the pool and beach access was great. We too own a nightly rental. And we are familiar with the whole process. So my suggestions are from being on both sides of this. The villa was clean.

We loved it! Everything was so clean and well maintained. We loved the close community pool and beautiful walk to the beach. If it was a little cheaper I would book to come three weeks next year! Thank you for having us!
