The pictures don’t do it justice! It was so nice and clean and quiet. We loved having a drink on the balcony to watch the sunset and how quick the access was to get on the beach. Also being allowed to have your dog off leash after 5pm was so fun. Love it! Hopefully doing to make this a tradition!

What an extraordinary and beautiful, low country site. Our villa could not have been better. The views from the glassed in porch were spectacular! The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. It was very close to Fresh Fields and Bohicket Marina stores for all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Charleston was convenient to drive to; about a 40 minutes away. We will definitely be back!

This charming villa is perfectly located steps from the marina and restaurants. We were able to bike to the pool and had only a short drive to the beach. It is convenient to other shopping as well. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and dog.

The description can't do the views justice! The screened in back porch had the most amazing view of the gorgeous sunsets. The condo was well stocked, clean and fabulous. The "neighborhood pool" was so much more than that and we loved the beach day idea from the thoughtful book left for us! Definitely planning on a return trip.

We already loved Summerwind cottages, but this property stands out. It was a great use of the space, perfect for our fammily of 5. It was very clean, well stocked, and pet friendly! Thank you SO much for a wonderful vacation!

This is the fourth year we have stayed with Coastal Getaways at Pelican Watch. This is the second year we have stayed in unit 1353. The views are amazing, the access to the walk out to the beach is convenient, and the unit has everything you need. I am sure we will be back in the future. Thanks for everything!

The house is gorgeous, well-stocked, and very clean. The furniture is comfortable. The pool is fantastic. We loved every minute. Loved the peaceful, quiet island life! The house is very well stocked! The only thing we didn’t find was a Spatula for the kitchen. The dishwasher was installed wrong so the drawers inside slide out and don’t stay in as it was put in at an angle slipping downward. We have stayed on the island almost every summer for the last decade. We usually go through a different property management company, and I have to say, this house and experience are by far the best!

We liked the proximity to the beach and the feel of the neighborhood. There was a comfortable sense of privacy to the villa. I have stayed at Kiawah Island on summer vacations since 1980, and had never stayed at Seabrook before. The island and the vacation experience at Seabrook was a very pleasant surprise, and we decided to return again next summer. I can think of nothing to critique about 915 Sealoft. The cgofsc reservation and check-in experience was seamless and user-friendly. We loved the beach, the Club pool, and I especially enjoyed rounds of golf on Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds.

This was our 4th time to Seabrook (all stays have been at Atrium Villa), first time staying in this specific condo at Atrium Villa. You can’t get a better location, in my opinion. You are right across the street from beach access, the main pool, Pelican’s Nest (restaurant) & beside the beautiful golf clubhouse. This unit could use some updates in the kitchen, but we’re a family with two little kids so we may eat more in the condo than others. Neither bathroom has a removable shower head which also comes in handy with kids & being at the beach. You can hear the footsteps from the unit above you, but not much else. We love that the first floor units have a shaded porch & less sunlight access (again, for small kids trying to sleep). The hosts were wonderful & gave us clear, detailed information. Our family already can’t wait for our next trip!

We had a wonderful trip. The kitchen was better stocked than most rentals. The BBQ was clean, new, and the propane tank was full. Beds are comfortable. Easy walk to the beach or the community pool. Everything a family needs for a beach vacation

Our trip to Seabrook this year was nothing less than perfect! Tarpon Pond is our favorite area of Seabrook and Nancy’s place is nestled back in a quiet little corner where you have complete privacy to enjoy coffee on the front porch or a work call in the sunroom or on the small private back deck. The loft with two twin trundles and a bathroom was a great addition to the space! Weather was gorgeous. We watched dolphins strand feeding again which is always such a cool experience! We would definitely stay here in the future.

This is, hands down, the best place we've stayed while visiting Seabrook Island! We already loved Summerwind cottages, but this property stands out. Seabrook Island was amazingly quaint and beautiful. I love all the rules and no commercial restaurants and stores on the island. All the people on the beach and condo community were very polite and respectful to others. It was truly a magical place to be. Thank you!

Our stay was great. The house was equipped with all required items, including beach chairs and pool table. The renovated kitchen was phenomenal. Close location to the beach was nice. The only thing that might need to be recalibrated was the air condition. It was colder than what was stated on the thermostat.

Hello, we recently stayed at 1336 Pelican Watch and have to say it is probably the best rental property that we have ever contracted. It was superior in every way. It was beautifully decorated, had “like new“ appliances, modern bathrooms, was fully supplied and was spotlessly clean. The deck had comfortable furniture and an umbrella. Kudos to the owners/property manager/rental company. We look forward to renting this unit again!

Coastal Getaways made our stay great. The instructions were clear and I knew exactly what to expect ahead of time. The unit and amenities were exactly as described. The unit was extremely clean, in great condition, and all of our guests agreed that the beds were comfortable! We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and umbrella available there, but as it wasn’t listed as included we did drag those along with us unnecessarily. When we stay with your company agains we’ll definitely bring our own toilet paper — myself and my mother talked about it being cheap/thin/scratchy. That was happily the ONLY thing about the unit we disliked. We loved everything else including the ample outdoor space and large living area, and again, how clean it was. Seabrook Island has been our vacation spot since I was 9 years old, and it never fails to give my family a peaceful and happy experience. This year didn’t disappoint, and that is in large thanks to the work of Coastal Getaways. Your staff did a great job explaining everything to us, helping us rectify any concerns in preparing for our stay, smoothing issues with amenity access, etc. We are very grateful for the vacation you guys allowed us to enjoy. Thank you!

We have been coming to Seabrook Island for three years now and this was, hands down, our favorite rental spot! 1128 Summerwind cottage was clean, a great use of space, and well appointed. We had everything we could have needed, especially in regards to the kitchen. We cooked a low country boil and it was so easy in that kitchen! We also enjoyed stopping by the equestrian center in the evenings and petting the horses. We love how quiet and easy Seabrook island is. Thank you for having us!

The house was great for us. Very nice and clean. We had a family of four and the kids stayed upstairs in the loft and loved it. The mattress in the master bedroom could use an upgrade. The A/C unit outside the bedroom was very noisy in the master bedroom when it kicked on but the house stayed very cool for us. I would definitely book it again.
