Spending time with friends, the beach and seeing the dolphins đŹ Property was nice and was advertised as so, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, plates etc. if you decided to cook. Maybe a mop could be provided to clean up spills instead of using paper towels

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our family of five. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great, quick access to the beach and pool, and a short drive up to the marina and Freshfields Village. Thanks for a great trip!

We enjoyed the beach. The property was nice and didnât understand the extent of the 4th of July festivities or that people watched Kiawahs from north beach the next night. The home seems to have it all. Full access to park under the home without the bike and huge golf cart would have helped. Coastal Getaways of SC is always so pleasant and friendl. We will be back! Thank you again!

My family really enjoyed our stay. We zipped around the island on our LSV and enjoyed all the beaches, pools, restaurants and shopping.

This was a great property for our family. Its not far from the pool or the beach and it was very clean. We also love that they offer an amenities card with the rental. We would stay there again.

Everything about out visit to Seabrook Island was top notch. The communication from your team from booking through departure could not have been more helpful. We were prepared with amenity cards, gate passes, and island activities before we even arrived. Receiving a notice that the house was ready to check in early was very important to us, especially since we were travelling with various ages and special needs. The bottle of wine waiting for us was a real bonus! What a gracious touch of Southern Hospitality.The home was well stocked for all kinds of food preparation. We also had a good starter supply of paper goods and cleaning products. We certainly hope that guests value the unique qualities and respect all the area has to offer as much as we do. We are thrilled to have discovered this gem of a location for family gatherings. As wildlife and bicycling enthusiasts, we plan to be repeat visitors and show our appreciation for this very special environment. We will be in touch for a birthday getaway in September! It was another good week. Please reserve for next year. We wanted to say that if the main bedroom bathroom isnât going to be remodeled, they should probably have grab bars installed. The outer wall of the tub has to be climbed over because itâs higher since itâs a jetted tub and the tub floor at one end slopes; the towel bar above it is apparently gone(broken off by someone holding on?). At any rate these arenât complaints- but suggestions from a past home owner. :) Everything in the house is working. We of course love the screen porch and the location especially. Peaceful and beautiful. Everyone is friendly. Dog friendly beach, our dog loves to swim! It was great. The beds were so comfortable!

Our stay was perfect. The condo was in a great location to the beach and resort amenities. It was clean and very comfortable. I received clean instructions on accessing the unit as well as the amenities provided on the island. I would highly recommend Coastal Getaways of SC as well as this condo.

We had a wonderful four days on the island. This was our first time here so we did not know what to expect. It is a beautiful place to come spend time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. Our accommodations were fabulous. This property is so beautifully appointed and the sun room was our little retreat for our morning tea and afternoon reading. The villa truly is a beautiful property for two people and one or two small children since the sun room is not set up as a second bedroom but would be fine for young children. The location is just right for easy access to the pool and the drive to the Club is not far at all. Town is just a very short distance (bike and or walking). Thank you!

Location was perfect. We enjoyed watching the parade from our window and easy access to the beach/pool area. The place was clean and well stocked. Only concern is air conditioning. On the main floor little air came out of the vents. Some vents had no air flow. This resulted in needing fans to run on that floor as it was uncomfortable otherwise. On the 2nd floor the AC was overpowered and too cool. However, needed it to keep running to compensate for the poor airflow on the first floor. If this is addressed I would book again.

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. It was open but still had a floor plan that allowed for privacy. It has a huge island and the kitchen was stocked incredibly well! The bedrooms were a great size. It basically has 2 master bedrooms, since the upstairs bedroom is large with a king bed and a big bathroom. They also has beach chairs and a beach cart in the garage that were perfect for our beach days. Highly recommend!

The property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. The bed was good -- as was the AC and wifi. It was also quiet. Nice location with a small beach right there -- and then just a walk or short bike ride to the pool. Our only suggestion would be for the outdoor deck furniture. No one needs a six person dining table -- with no umbrella -- for a 1 BR unit. They should really have two lounge chairs and an umbrella to maximize the use/value of the deck space.

Our family schedules a summer beach vacation every year to a new destination. We started this tradition in 2014 and we have 11 in our group. The house and pool area was so clean and beautiful! We never book a home without a pool. The prompt service and questions answered by Coastal Getaways is the best we have ever encountered. Thank you Coastal Getaways and HR for making our 10 year family tradition one of our top 2 best vacation home getaways!

This unit has been renovated to make better use of the kitchen space and to update bathrooms. It would be nice to have some hooks in the small bath on which to hand towels. Otherwise, it was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed it.

We had a fantastic time last week at Seabrook, as we always do. The house was awesome. We loved the layout, especially everything being on one level. My parents are in their 80s and struggle with climbing steep stairs, so it was really nice to have the living, dining, laundry, and sleeping on the same floor. Of the number of houses weâve rented at Seabrook and Kiawah through the years, my mother said this was her favorite. The kitchen was completely stocked with every plate, cup, pan, and utensil we could ever need to use. There was plenty of dining space and also a comfortable place for everyone to sit while watching tv. The decor was very pretty and gave a great Charleston vibe. And we were pleasantly surprised that the cleaning of the house was finished early (that has never happened for us before). The abundance of towels and the cute floral flourishes on the paper products (tp and tissues) were great, too. Itâs the small touches that make a big impact. Whoever youâve contracted with to do the cleaning, keep them. Thanks again Coastal Getaways for being a dependable company to work with when booking our vacation.

Great place. Love the view. So, so much to do around the area. Already planning our return trip!The villa was very nice....nice furniture, nice layout. We missed the view of tge 9th green which was blocked by the trees but would certainly choose the villa again.

Spoiler alert â Perfect Beach Condo w/views. We booked at the 11th hour and took our 2 primary-school aged boys on a road trip to SC. We were more than pleasantly surprised especially w/no issues gaining entry upon night arrival. Condo is beautifully decorated with a thoughtfully appointed layout. The deck views of ocean were postcard ready; evening breezes will lull you to sleep. Kitchen had 4 low counter stools with nice long island with plenty of appliances, inclusive of a Keurig & coffee pot. Only missing cookery was non-stick pan for eggs. Plenty of cutlery, dinnerware, and glassware. Simplistic and minimal bedroom set ups. No real closet or hangers, except utility closet, but didnât find it a problem, as we had mostly beachwear. Mattresses were very comfortable with 2 large beds in each bedroom. Each son was thrilled not having to share. We did find the beds very squeaky - especially the headboards in front bedroom, but I contacted rental agent. They replied immediately and sent a handyman who arrived promptly and tightened the screws, which he said were extremely loose. Officious suggestion: the bed frames, while lovely in appearance, may need to be replaced or fixed, as there was missing or broken "foot" in center of bedframe of 2 of the beds which I think affected stability. *Bonus* feature was the laundry machines which we used daily. L-shape deck area was spacious and perfect for meals or sitting out to watch sunset. Nearly every morning we had breakfast/coffe
