What a great spot for a big family gathering! We love Seabrook Island for its wide variety of activities; everyone can find something they enjoy, from the beach to tennis to golf, shopping, hanging by the pool, fishing.... we love it all! And this home was the perfect place for the 10 of us to share breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen, come together for dinner in the lovely dining area, have silly game night in the family room, sleep soundly in beautifully appointed bedrooms. We would come back again in a minute!

This villa exceeded our expectations with its great location and immaculate condition. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, pool, and restaurant, it offers the convenience of having everything within reach. Perched on the second floor, the villa provides incredible views of the ocean, palm trees, and scenic landscapes exactly as advertised.
The villa is well-stocked with all the essentials, including spices and cookware for preparing meals, as well as some beach gear. It features two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom and clean bedding. The island itself is breathtaking, filled with lush trees, moss, and beautiful homes. The beach is wide and stretches out on both sides, offering plenty of space to enjoy the sun and surf.
Amenity cards are a must if you want access to the nearby outdoor pool or the gym and indoor lap pool at the Lake House, which is about 10 minutes away by car within the same island and available for a daily fee.
One downside is the limited areas for our dog to do their business. While the golf course is understandably off-limits to pets, it's great that the island allows dogs off-leash before 10 am and after 5 pm, and on-leash during the day. Another minor inconvenience is that the only grocery store is about 15 minutes away, and the prices are higher than at regular stores.
Overall, this villa is an excellent choice for anyone seeking amazing ocean views and a prime location close to all amenities. We would definitely return to this property.

We enjoyed the location, close to beach, and beach club pools and service. This rental has everything you might need, especially kitchen items, and beach chairs and toys. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely place to stay at Seabrook! I loved the 70’s beach vibe of this rental. Beautifully decorated and lots of attention to detail. Fully stocked kitchen and loved there was a grill to use. Plenty of space for 5 adults and 1 child. Close to beach and pool access. Loved every second of our time at this rental and Seabrook Island! Thank you for an amazing stay at the beach!

Good little 1-bedroom condo unit, perfect for a couples getaway. Easy access to beaches, golf, club amenities on the island. Very cozy balcony with shade all day.

We absolutely loved our choice with this Villa. There was plenty of space for my family of four. Parking was easy and covered which helped keep it cool. The location was at the center of everything. It was right across the street from the pool, restaurant, coffee shop, and the beach. My wife and I will miss sitting on the patio with our coffee, looking out to the ocean every morning and enjoying the breeze. It was wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoy the outdoor activities on Seabrook: riding bikes, beaching, swimming in the Lake House pool, playing golf and watching for dolphins in the tidal marshes. We also enjoy the option to prepare a meal at the house or visit one of the many nice spots in Freshfields or Maybank Hwy. Please tell us your impressions of the property you stayed in? Pros: The house was spacious and that worked well for the days when our guests stayed. Each couple had an individual room/bathroom. The screened in porch was a big hit when it was not too hot outside (morning coffee and conversation). The kitchen has nice appliances and serve ware. We had a chef in to prepare dinner one evening and he found the kitchen quite workable. The house was wonderfully clean!!! That is the way we keep our own home so it is relaxing to be in a similar space on vacation.

Coastal Getaways Team, Our family had a sensational time this week at 761 Spinnaker. Our third time at Seabrook and the location of the Spinnaker beach houses is phenomenal. Your staff is First Rate and responded immediately to our requests for "first world" conveniences needed at the property. We greatly appreciate your willingness to do anything possible to assure our vacation was all it could be. Rest assured, our next rental at Seabrook will only be through Coastal Getaways.

We enjoyed everything about our vacation. We have been coming to Seabrook every year since 2011. We stayed at the same property until 2020. Our family has grown and we need a bigger space. The last few years we have worked with Coastal Getaways and that has been wonderful. We have now a new favorite property, 2504 Chateau On The Green. It is open, spacious, beautiful and the location is perfect. The property manager was great also, most helpful.

I am writing to let you know that my stay 5/25-6/27 at 936 Sealoft Villa was absolutely wonderful! The accommodations were incredible. It offered everything we needed to have the most comfortable stay! Our view was spectacular and it was so enjoyable to walk around the property in the morning, and then again in the evening! Sean and Amy were so attentive to us and to every detail. We were able to travel to Charleston for the day to take in all the views and everything had to offer. I would give our stay a five star review! I am looking forward to my next visit!

We loved the peace and tranquility of Seabrook. It is just a beautiful area to be in. The house had so much space for our family. Our boys enjoyed having a little separate space between the bedroom and the loft area. Coastal Getaways provided all of the information we needed re: our visit to the island. Hope we can come vacation in this area again.

We love the beaches and quiet pace on Seabrook Beach here most. .We loved this home. It was clean, spacious and had absolutely anything that you might need. We especially appreciated the beach cart!!

Peaceful and not crowded, but great amenities with pool, Lake House and Pelican Nest restaurant. Close to fun activities on John's Island/Bohicket Marina/Freshfields Village. Great location and appreciate pet friendly. Nice property and well appointed HOWEVER, air conditioner does not cool bedrooms (upstairs or downstairs) well enough for comfortable sleeping. Fans are NOT good enough. Thank you for ordering beach chairs. Left them in closet under house.

We enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed the quiet ambience of Seabrook and the easy access to different beaches. We liked the amenity card and the pool in the development. We appreciate that you responded quickly to our questions and concerns.The property was clean and was a nice location close to the water. We liked the outside seating. We liked the washer/dryer and kitchen and Keurig. The outside hose was good to wash off beach sand. The beach chairs were much appreciated!

Loved our stay! Celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary, and it was perfect. Very peaceful, the water was amazing, saw deer every morning and evening right from our back deck. Will definitely come again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy Turtle Cottage. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your stay at Seabrook Island.
We loved the back screened in porch to enjoy our meals, watch rv and to relax.
The bathrooms are nicely updated.
The kitchen has everything you need with newer appliances.
The bedrooms are comfortable with a tv in every room.
The family room has a large tv with and comfortable furniture.
We will definitely be back to enjoy another week at this cottage!

For the last 20+ years, I've stayed at one Pelican Watch or another but wanted more room this year. I was not disappointed. Although I gave up being at the beach's edge, it was only a few more steps and the unit was clean, roomy and well-appointed.

Everything was so wonderful we appreciate you letting us stay in this Klien beautiful home. I can’t say enough about everybody. Nancy is always so pleasant to deal with and the home was just home sweet home thank you so much and we enjoyed our stay on Seabrook.

We only spent a few days but I will be raving about this place for YEARS to come. It’s so peaceful and beautiful and the perfect location for a family vacation, plenty to do, not over crowded, within striking distance of Charleston, and easily one of the best beach towns I’ve ever been to. The condo was clean and the perfect home base for a few days, we were able to go out or cook, spend our mornings out on excursions or at the beach and able to come back and chill out together. Best of all we were able to bring our dog with us and she got to see the ocean for the first time making the trip even more special. I’m already trying to figure out when we can make it back.

Great location, very quiet, close to the beach and pool. The house is very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed in the house. Only regret is we didn’t spend more days there. We had a great time. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, newly renovated, bright and airy. Plenty of space for everyone, whether we were hanging out together or off on our own. Really comfortable sofas! Beach chairs and a beach umbrella were available in the garage which was very helpful. Extra fridge in the garage. Host provided plenty of bath towels and beds were made. We rented an LSV (low speed vehicle) which made it easy and fun to get around the island. Our favorite beach access was Boardwalk 6. Beaches are wide and beautiful during low tide -- not crowded at all. Kitchen is huge with a gigantic island which made it easy to prep food for our group. Host was very responsive throughout.

What a great property! We loved our time at the house with its cute, renovated beachy decor. The house was about a 5 minute bike ride to the beach club and about a 10 minute drive to the shopping center for restaurants and shopping. We had a great time and would definitely return!

The condo was beautiful. The master bedroom was very spacious and master shower luxurious. The condo had everything we needed for our visit. My 10 yr granddaughter had her own room with a trundle bed, son and wife with their infant had plenty of room in the bedroom with the queen bed for the pack and play. I would highly recommend this condo for families with children of multiple ages as it worked out great for us and would stay here again.

We enjoy our first trip to Seabrook. The beach and beach club were great. Getting the island was easy. 777 Spinnaker met our needs, junst enough room and comfort for a family of four. All is all it was a good trip and we will will come back.
