The property was conveniently located near the pool, golf, ocean and other activities on the island. We spent most of our time on the very spacious balcony as the views were spectacular!

We had a wonderful five days on Seabrook and absolutely loved the house! The communication from the property management was excellent and the house itself is lovely and in a great location. We will absolutely book this property again!

Wonderful stay ! 1st time on Seabrook and really enjoyed our villa and access to beach club and pool. Great beaches and loved that beach is dog friendly.

Wonderful place for a large family gathering. We really enjoyed our stay. Very well appointed with everything you need. The screen porch was the best! The garage has bikes and beach chairs you can use, and this was a real bonus. The only thing to be aware of is two of the bedrooms have to share a very small bathroom. For us that meant 4 adults sharing one small space. I would still rent this house again - it's a great place. Coastal Getaways was very quick to respond with all my questions, and entrance to the home was easy.

The owner included everything you could want. We own a beach club villa but needed some extra space because family was staying at our house. This was perfect for us.

We have rented this home several times and always enjoy our stay here. It is pet friendly, and we always bring our dogs. It is a perfect location for us - very close to a public beach access and the oceanside pools. We appreciated the new decking and the fresh paint. It is a lovely villa.

We have stayed several times in this amazing home. Our family ranging from 74 to 3 years old, enjoy the beach, the home, all the perks and extras at the house. It is expensive, but worth getting a first class comfortable home.

I have been renting from coastal getaways for ourselves and for visiting family for many years. Always good and if there is an issue, Nancy Buck takes care of it right away. We really like dealing with a local rental agency. Kudos to the great team at CGOSC.

We enjoyed everything about Seabrook! Very nice accommodations. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were lovely. Very large entertaining space. Lovely access to the outdoors. A bigger lockbox and a fob at the end of the key so the key can’t go through the front porch slats.

My husband and I had a wonderful visit to Seabrook and this villa made it extra special. It was well appointed, clean, very private and in a great location. We were on the island to celebrate the wedding of a dear friend's daughter-perfect weekend!

We love the location of this property (views, deck) and easy access to amenities. We stayed here previously and it’s a comfortable well maintained property. There were a few flickering light bulbs and I left a note for your cleaner.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 770 Spinnaker. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Great proximity to the beach and club. Plenty of towels which is always appreciated.. Coastal Getaways was great. We hope to be back.

Relaxing at the pool with beverages from the pool deck. We also enjoyed biking, the fitness center, Freshfields, and the beach.721 Spinnaker was wonderful. The decor was bright, cheerful, and modern. It was clean and had everything we needed. The big windows, beautiful golf/lagoon view, and location near the pool/beach were also perfect.Coastal Getaways were easy to contact with concerns and questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Great trip to Seabrook. 2 pools very close within walking distance. The amenity cards (not included) were a little extra, but worth it to enjoy the Oceanside pool and club dining. House was clean with a great back deck with a partial view of the lake. Great place to relax.
