Excellent property in SBI for large group. The home is gorgeous and the kids loved the heated pool. The kitchen beautiful and great for entertaining. However, the size of the home would benefit from 2 dishwashers, a more functional oven, and additional chefs tools/utensils. As foodies, we found baking and cooking for 3 families challenging. As a new home, there were minor glitches with hot water, but quickly fixed by excellent property managers! We will be back!

The cottage was situated in a perfect location on the island. Proximity to the boardwalk made for an easy walk to the beach. The back deck allows for stunning views of the sunrise and ocean and invites one to truly relax.
We sincerely thank the owners for allowing dogs, as our dog had a great time (the island is very dog friendly). Surprisingly, the cottage did not have evidence of dog smells or hair which we really appreciated.
The cottage was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with good pans, knifes, etc. for cooking.
The management company was a pleasure to work with from making the initial reservation to departure. They supplied clearly written guidance and were also easily reachable by phone.
Without hesitation, we would rent this cottage again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Seabrook!

We enjoyed this wonderfully located villa on the marsh/river at Bohicket Marina the week of Thanksgiving. Steps away from the Marina shops and restaurants and a lovely stroll down the boardwalk made this location good. Bikes enhanced our trip with rides to Freshfields Market and all around Seabrook. Despite a few days of rain and overcast we had a fantastic time and were delighted by the few spectacular sunsets from our deck! The only drawback is the numerous amount of steps to get to this two story villa. Otherwise it was a perfectly decorated and well cared for comfortable abode with great eating/gathering spaces. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a vacation rental

Stayed here for a wedding. Golf was great and very easy to get to from property. Property has plenty of space for family and very well laid out. Definitely plan to bring your own essentials as any Vrbo. Off season doesn’t have as much to do and would make sure you get the details on the amenity card too and whether your fee is included in the rental as many places don’t take anything but the amenity card. The island itself is very limiting on what you can and can’t do as a member as well. Otherwise, a great spot and would certainly come back to visit with family/friends for longer than an extended weekend.

Everything was nice. We sailed during the day, and only came to the house to sleep. Two comments: 1) It would have been nice to have a remote garage door opener, but maybe I missed finding it 2) Almost our entire group complained of the 'oversoft' mattresses. Enjoyed our stay!

What an awesome weekend.. Didn't want it to end.. This was our second time at Seabrook and enjoyed our stay. This unit is beautifully decorated and clean and had all the necessities. Loved the little extras like expresso machine with pods. Coastal Getaways Rental were on it..
This was our 26th anniversary trip they were sweet enough to send us a bottle of wine. And kept in contact though email.Though we never need to call.. I will so come back. The area is well maintained.. It was also wonderful to see wild life right in front of you.. Deer where standing in the path to the beach. Sunsets were just beautiful. I can't wait til the next time..

This unit in Pelicans Watch is a perfect location for easy access to the beach, the club, and getting on and off the island. It was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. I would love to stay there again.

Super location with easy walking distance to pool, beach, restaurants and golf. Property was clean with great amenities. We loved starting each day on the extra large deck with morning coffee and beautiful views. We will definitely be back.

We loved this very private island and beautiful area. The villas are wonderfully located right in the heart of everything.
We were a little surprised to find the closest boardwalk was only accessible during low tide since high tide came halfway up the stairs, so we did have to drive the next boardwalk to use the beach. The pool area was nice, though only accessible if you got an amenity card and purchased daily towels.
The only things that were not great were the public stairs right by the bedrooms so people could look straight into the rooms when the curtains were opened. And also made sleeping at night more difficult with the hallway lights glaring into both rooms, despite the blackout curtains. Breeze from the sliding doors blew the curtains open, so blocking out the light wasn't possible. The insulation from the upstairs neighbors was shockingly poor. We've lived in lower apartments and never heard that level of noise. We were unable to sleep the two nights guests were upstairs from them walking around until 3am.
I hate to leave a poor review, because overall, it was a wonderful location and clean, nice home. But the inability to walk to the beach, the sleeping issues and the cost associated with staying at Seabrook in particular were enough to deter us from coming back and I really depend on these reviews to know where to invest for a trip like this. It sadly felt overpriced for what we got.

We loved staying at Atrium Villas. We spent a lot of time on the porch eating meals, drinking wine and watching the ocean. We liked the fact the Amenity cards were included with our rental. We enjoyed the club pool area and being able to walk to restaurants. The villa was clean. Beds slept well. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The hairdryer in the bathroom with queen beds did not work; however we brought our own hairdryers. We would stay at this villa again. We were very pleased!

We had an amazing time here at Seabrook Island! The accommodations were as advertised; close to the beach and overlooking a golf course. The island is also very lush with a lot of green space and abundant wildlife. As one resident put it, it is like a page out of National Geographic where people live harmoniously with nature. One evening, we were treated to a family of deer just resting in our backyard which seems to be a conduit for many passing deer as we often see them going in and out. We also saw a few alligators and a variety of birds! Our place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had such a relaxing time and even though our villa was private and relatively isolated, you were not too far away from Freshfields Village if you wanted to go for a bit of shopping or if you decided you wanted to go to a restaurant instead of staying in for dinner. We had everything we needed and even our dog had supplies waiting for her! Wish we stayed longer!

We had a nice 3-night stay here in October for our Fall Break. The pull out sofa was comfortable for my son. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything one would need for a nice stay. We will definitely be back!!

The home was very comfortable for our group of lady friends all over 50 most from SC driving in and me catching up as well as all working since a few of us are busy professionals. So we also had to use the wifi, printer and be able to work comfortably with a nice view of the golf course and its wildlife. We went to the beach a short drive every day but 1 and I walked in the neighborhood. It was comfortable sleeping all of the 5 friends who joined me 2 couldn't stay over night, because their schedules wouldn't allow, but could comfortably done so. Parking was adequate. We could have used the bikes just didn't get around to it. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed and wanted to do. A couple things were fixed quickly and easily while we were there. Everyone was pleasant to talk with. Thank you all.

We had a very nice stay at Pelican Watch villas. The beach and location were amazing! We enjoyed kayaking and long walks along the beach. The villa has abundant wildlife in a natural setting! The sunsets are outstanding!

I haven’t been to Seabrook in 20 years, I really enjoyed 903 Sealoft Villa. Seabrook is as nice as I remembered. The villa was very cleaned and maintained. The place was as well equipped as any I’ve ever seen. We look forward to returning again.
