We enjoyed our stay in this cute villa. It was spacious, perfectly located, and had a wonderful treehouse-like quality. We were sad to leave and look forward to a return visit!

Exceeded expectations but I will tell you the following: there is a moisture issue with your vent fans in the bathrooms. Also some loose tiles under the hall bathroom rug. The outdoor spaces (back deck and porch) could be cleaner —the rug on the deck is wet and green.

We just stayed here a few weeks ago and were thoroughly impressed as soon as we walked in with
everything this condo had to offer. It looks like it is freshly remodeled and tastefully decorated and was
spotless prior to our arrival. We had a beautiful view of the marsh through the large windows in the
sunroom, which is perfect for sitting by the windows and just relaxing. The two bedrooms and two
full bathrooms were more than big enough for our party of 4, with comfy mattresses. Although it was a
little muggy at night during our stay, on cooler nights, the screened-in patio would be a cozy place to
have dinner or breakfast. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware and utensils and a few
small appliances. There are also two beach chairs which come in very handy for the beautiful beaches
just minutes away by car. Although we didn’t take advantage of it on this trip, this quiet, gated
community has its own outdoor pool which looked very inviting. We would absolutely stay here again or
one of the other properties of Coastal Getaways of South Carolina!

It was perfect! We loved the golf course view and the short bike ride to the beach. The property is nice with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family. Enjoying coffee and dinner out in the screened in porch every morning and evening was one of my favorite things to do. This was one of our favorite beach vacations and we will definitely book again!

We loved our stay! We used the dock multiple times and the sunset views from the house were gorgeous. Within close bike/drive distance to marina and other restaurants.

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The house was super clean and in addition to the kayak, there were also a number of beach items to use as well. Kids loved the elevator and it was extremely convenient to bring in the luggage and then groceries. As you can see in the pictures, the best view is out the master window, but the second best is on the screened in porch. You could sit there for a couple hours every night seeing the bird life as the sun slowly sinks and the tide comes in. Plenty of room in every bedroom and each having their own bathroom is a huge plus. Highly recommend this property, no notes.

We had a wonderful stay on Seabrook Island. The property was clean and comfortable with a great view. The people at Coastal Getaways went above and beyond with what they provided. It was more than we expected. Our daughter wants to move there now! We couldn't have been happier.

This villa is just as gorgeous and well-furnished as pictured and described. It is extremely comfortable, pup-friendly, and just steps from the beach. Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying breakfasts and picture-perfect sunsets on the lovely porch. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

This was our third stay at Seabrook, and we loved this place. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and very convenient to the beach and the beach club/pools (3 minute drive or 20 minute walk). I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home with high ceilings and plenty of space for our family of 4 with a dog. We had a bit of an issue with check-in because we didn't receive our packet ahead of time. Make sure you go to the Amenities office for your cards before you try to do anything at the club, pool or restaurants, we didn't know that b/c we didn't receive the information ahead of time and couldn't get served the first night at the restaurant. Otherwise, all good!

This is a truly lovely home. The property is well-kept, immaculately clean, and exceptionally well-provisioned (boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, even beach bags.) The kitchen is well-stocked, and the furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. It's also located on the very best stretch of beach on the island, a fair distance from the closest public walkways, so that you have the best area of the entire beach to yourself, basically. I am pretty sure this is the very best rental property on the island, and the island, by the way, is charming, with a far friendlier feel than Kiawah (and there are horses! Also a very nice gym you can access with amenity cards.) One small detail on the listing was not exactly accurate: there is a shower in the garage, but it is not easily accessible from the beach - you have to step through some pine straw, and when we were there there were thrown-away construction materials in the way - so it really wasn't an "outdoor shower." There was a hose on the deck, so it was possible to wash off before heading in. Also, be aware that the walkway to the beach, due to Seabrook regulations, is a sand path, not a boardwalk, meaning you are more exposed to wildlife/mosquitos, etc. It's a short walk - not unpleasant - but can feel a bit long carrying lots of beach equipment. But once you are at the beach, it's SC beach perfection. We even saw dolphins strand-feeding! Amazing.

We stayed at this property with my in-laws and my two sons ( 10 and 13). There is so much to do in such a close proximity. Very convenient location. We rented bikes and rode to the beach each morning and spent the afternoons at the clubhouse pool. We also took a day trip to Charleston. This house was perfect. The extra bathroom upstairs was great. My boys felt like they had their own little living space in the loft. Kitchen was well stocked. Some of the pantry staples came in handy when cooking dinners. Definitely recommend this for a family vacation!

Perfect location to do all of our favorite activities on Seabrook Island. No need to rent a car - biked everywhere all week. Stocked with everything you need for a peaceful vacation!

We had a great visit to this property. The space was perfect! We were traveling with our small dog and they went out of the way to enhance our stay by setting out a cute dog bowl, mat and basket of dog things we might need and had a dog treat cookie jar and dog coffee table books. It felt like they had curated the space specifically for us! LeRoy our Havenese loved it! The space was well stocked with anything we might need. Thanks for a great vacation!

Our family has been visiting Seabrook for a couple summers, and while we have stayed at the Atrium before, this was our first time at this particular unit. It was PERFECT. Clean, beautifully decorated, and gorgous views. Additionally we absolutely loved the spaciousness of the condo and veranda, the location to the beach/Pelican's Nest/pool, and the ease of check-in/out process. As an added bonus, I can't speak highly enough for Nancy and her team. They were so kind, helpful, and answered right away whenever I had a question. We absolutely loved our vacation!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seabrook Island. This was our first time and we had a blast. The condo looks exactly like the photos. Super-cute and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. anything you would need to cook. It was a short walk to the beach access and beach club. We drove most days to an access point a bit further down with wider beaches. The rental company gives tons of info and texted us when the condo was ready for check-in. The whole process was very smooth. Amenity cards are included with the rental, so that is also a plus! We fell in love with Seabrook and will definitely be back.
