This place was perfect for our family of 5. Our first time staying at Seabrook and it was exactly as described. Conversations with the rental group were thorough always super informative. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time! Location on seabrook island meant we were only about a mile from multiple boardwalks to the beach and watching dolphins on the north end. Beach was usually busy but never felt crowded. Highly recommend renting beach shade and chairs at the start of your stay, they are a different maker at the beach. Home was very cozy, beds were comfortable and twin beds meant none of our 4 kids had to share a bed. boardwalk 9 to the beach gives you really gentle surf perfect for small kids, we used boardwalk 5 most of the time for bigger waves and a shower at the end, boardwalk 1 for closest access to dolphins in north end. Great shopping, restaurants and groceries at Freshfield village close to seabrook island, check their webpage as they have family friendly events most summer evenings. Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved our accommodations this past weekend! Wow! We truly hit the jackbox by selecting this beach home for our Friends Reunion Weekend. Every aspect was wonderful - the kitchen, the appliances, the furniture, the light fixtures, the bed, the tables, etc. Just awesome! Great work on upgrading this unit! We will be back!

Our family (myself, wife, and 7 year old daughter) enjoyed a wonderful week-long vacation at Seabrook from 7/16/23-7/23/23. Last year we stayed at 2021 Marsh Walk and were fortunate to stay at the same condo this year. It is a very well-maintained property and perfect for our family.

As others noted, this unit is very nicely decorated, has a well stocked kitchen and provided beach chairs and other toys for those with smaller children. It is perfectly situated across from the beach club/pool as well as beach access.... however, pay attention to the tide schedule as the ocean waves come all the way up to the stairs at Boardwalk 7 during high tide. The beach club is a perfect solution having the pool and a sandy beach area with! Communication and details related to the Seabrook Island community have all been great as well.

An absolutely gorgeous property right on the river that exceeded expectations. The personal touch of having bedding and bowls for our pet tickled us to death. Its a tremendous find and very near to downtown Ellijay. Highly recommend it. You wont find a nicer cabin in the area that is a certainty.

This was a great spot for our annual family beach vacation. Directly across from the beach access and walking distance to the pool. The unit had everything we could possibly need.

We very much enjoyed our stay, it was myself, my son and his wife and their two small children, my daughter and her husband and my youngest daughter.
The house is spacious and well appointed-in a great location-short drive to the best beach (IMO) at beach access #2. We’ve been going to Seabrook for years and this is one of my favorite stays-my only feedback would be more cooking tools, prep bowls, pots and pans and dishes-possibly one more comfy chair in the living room.

This home was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for our a little children and adults. Loved the outside screened porch. We spent several morning with the kids out there before others woke up, listening to nature. There was always plenty to do with the children. Plus the house was literally located between the two pools. We had a great time.

This was a very nice property. Very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Close to the crab dock and neighborhood pool. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

My wife & our pups loved our time at this condo! The moment we walked in, it felt like home. It was a well-appointed unit with plenty of room to spread out and relax. As an avid golfer, it was nice to stay right on the 8th hole of the Ocean Winds course and watch golfers come through during the day. The location of the condo was perfect to easily reach all that Seabrook Island has to offer and we will certainly look to stay at this location on future island visits!

We really enjoyed the house and everything about the island. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. but could use more of the staples that we have come to expect in rental houses, such as spices, sugar, cooking spray etc. There were also several burnt out light bulbs. The bathtub did not drain well because of sand. Finally, the dryer makes loud noises. On balanc, however, the positives far outweighed the minor problems and we would happily return.

We tried to find reasons for this property to not be our new favorite. No matter what we thought of, the property brought new positive surprises. This Atrium Villa has the views, the comfort, and the perks you need for an extremely relaxing vacation. We highly recommend renting a Low Speed Vehicle (golf cart) from Golfcart.fun when you stay here. Also, make sure to check out Charleston. This property is within 30 minutes of the great food and history hidden in Charleston. There are many ammenities on Seabrook Island, but make sure you ask many questions and read all information the property managers provide or you may miss important needs or restrictions limited by the Home Owners Associations of Seabrook Island. Above all, this is a new favorite for our annual beach vacation. This is an absolute gem and a must visit when visiting the east coast. South Carolina is a beautiful state and honestly this is a much more relaxing location and more low key than the upscale Hilton Head area. Enjoy your stay! I promise you will.

We loved this property for our stay at Seabrook. Beautiful views of the marina! Only issue we had was a broken window in the master bedroom, which made it a bit hot during our stay. Otherwise it was wonderful!

This property was one of the best we have rented at Seabrook. The management company provided excellent communication through the booking and pre-arrival check-in process. The property was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It's a great location. We rented bikes and it's an easy ride for adults and kids to North Beach and to the Beach Club. This place was even more impressive than the pictures and we would definitely recommend it.

The rental property was absolutely beautiful. It was hands down the best rental I have ever stayed in. The property was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything (and more) that we needed for a comfortable vacation. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

23 friends and I stayed at this property while on a golf vacation. We played 5 times on Kiawah Island courses during the week. The Seabrook location was perfect for our stay. Close, yet secluded. Enjoyed just being steps from the community pool. Not sure I'd get an amenity card if I returned - we were not there for the beach and there are plenty of other dining options available

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, well supplied kitchen and plenty of space inside and out to spread out. Good location to both the beaches and the pool club. Not happy w the pool club and excess fees but those concerns are not related to the rental unit. Would stay again.
