Amazing experience. We loved the house we stayed in so much!! Had everything we needed and perfect right by beach. Communication was sooo easy and simplified which made it that much better. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had the best stay as we were escaping the aftermath of Helene. The house was perfect for our family and loved being so close to the Beach and Beach club.

735 Spinnaker( 2/2) and 736 Spinnaker (3/2) sit next to each other and are directly across from Boardwalk #9. Close to pools, beach, golf courses and the Pelican’s Nest. Come play pickleball, tennis, bocci or ride horses on the beach. It’s heaven on earth.

We were evacuated from Greenville because of Hurricane Helene. Coastal was very cooperative and quick to respond and even let us check in early because we had nowhere to go.
The place was perfect with so much sunlight and ample space for my family of four.

Lovely modern condo. Needs 2 chairs on deck to enjoy the view. High top table chairs weren't comfortable. Everything else was great! Would stay again.

It was our 3rd time at Seabrook Island, first time in this property. House was clean, good layout but the pictures made it look bigger, especially the bathrooms. Kitchen had everything a family needs, except an ice maker. Overall it was a good stay.

We visit SI at least one a year and always stay in Spinnaker. This one is definitely one of the best! Updated, clean - great place to stay

Appreciate the 3 spaces to park. Not all properties at Seabrook meet that need and we really appreciate it. Property is very nice.

We had been renting on Seabrook Island for over 15 years. Many times, we rented through Coastal Getaways of South Carolina. They were the leading rental agency in the area. Their personalized service was second to none. If there were any issues, their team was there for any support. Once we purchased a townhome on Seabrook Island, we looked to Coastal (Nancy & team) to manage our townhome rentals. We are extremely happy with the results over the last two years. Thank you Nancy, Lisa, Christine, Charlotte, Alison, Renee, Dori, Gretchen, Holly and Jennifer.

Our stay was excellent. We came for a break from the grind. This place did not disappoint. There was enough space and the outdoor furniture was excellent as we sat outside majority of the time. We left right after Hurricane Helena passed. We did try to secure some of the outside items but was unsure as to what to do with them. Overall we would stay here again.

Had a great family trip at this place, very relaxing and was easy to get to. Has a great view of the pristine golf course off the rear deck and is just across the street from the ocean. The place was clean and it had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Have been here twice and we absolutely love it! Just a short 2 min walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood, would recommend to rent a lsv or a bike to explore the island. The Airbnb has everything we needed and it was super clean! :-)

Great location in Seabrook...very near the club and easy beach access. The kitchen is very well equipped and primary bedroom bed was very comfortable. (I'm sure other one is too...we just didn't use it). Very clear communication with rental company.

Great trip with my wife for a week of chilling on the beach and playing in a golf tourney. The place was perfect for us! Seabrook is slow and laidback - the way we like a vacation!

We have stayed at Atrium Villas for the last two years. Wonderful location. We really liked the villa. Very clean and very convenient to pool and beach.

We had 3 couples comfortably stay. There were plenty of linens towels etc. very quiet private location within walking distance to restaurants, beaches, pools fitness centers etc. Golfing, pickleball , tennis etc. etc

my husband and I spent the week with our 3 grown children and their spouses. the house was perfectly appointed and had everything that we needed. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We’re already looking forward to a return visit next year.

Absolutely loved this little place..VERY clean..floor wasn't sandy..Loved that there were little extras of different things that most rentals don't offer..(towels, toilet paper, ziploc bags) There were also beach chairs and an umbrella available as well..I do wish there was full beach access to walk to the Pelicans Nest Restaurant and pool..My only complaints would be that the bed was quite hard and could use a softer mattress topper, even though listing says its new, and that you can hear every footstep from above renters/tenants. We would definitely stay again, but in season because the Capt Sams pool bar was closed and they have the best frozen drinks.
