The house was extremely comfortableand well maintained. The open plan living area flowed. Having the additional den/enclosed patio also enabled those when working to have privacy and a quiet setting. Kitchen was very well equipped.

We had a great vacation at 2923 Baywood. The house was clean, plenty of space and loved the screened in porch! Wonderful community. We will be back! (Primary suite mattress needs replacing!)

We loved 1331 Pelican Watch Villa. The villa was beautiful, nicely decorated and functional, with a great view of the Edisto River. The kitchen was especially well stocked and convenient. The only drawbacks were the noise from upstairs neighbors, the temperamental push-button door lock system(we were unable to lock the door from the outside using the keypad), and the internet TV, which seemed unable to steadily play without interruption or weakened internet signal.

We had such a wonderful time at the Salt Marsh townhouse - it was perfect for a great Thanksgiving in Seabrook. Love the set up and found everything we needed. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you to the owners and everyone who helps with upkeep! So grateful for all you do!

We had a lovely time celebrating Thanksgiving at Treeloft Cottage. The home was cozy with everything we needed as listed in their description. Many activities were happening while we were there and Coastal Getaways let us know about them before our arrival. Great boutique shopping & restaurants at Freshfields & convenient Harris Teeter for last minute groceries. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

The layout of the property for two couples was perfect. Beds were comfy and views were great. Also convenient to Seabrook event facilities.

Came for a wedding in Seabrook and the location could not have been better. We walked to all of the events and had an incredible ocean view as well. Layout was great - beds were very comfy and since we were able to get amenity cards we could use the member facilities and restaurants.

Coastal Getaways was great to work with. We had an issue with our original house and had to be moved, but they were very quick to solve the issue. I would absolutely boom with them again.

We had a lovely Girls Long Weekend stay at 2999 Hidden Oak Drive on Seabrook Island. The house is well appointed for a large group - there were 8 of us - including spacious bedrooms (with very comfortable beds!), plenty of baths, a large well-equipped kitchen, and indoor and outdoor areas which are ideal for gathering or for finding a quiet space. We spent most mornings together lounging with coffee and conversation on the screened-in porch, which overlooks the picturesque golf course and beautiful trees, before heading out for the day's adventure. The location of the home was ideal for all kinds of Seabrook activities. We hopped on bikes daily to visit nearby beaches, tennis, fitness center, and pickle ball courts (available with the additional purchase of an Amenity Card). There is an outdoor shower which is convenient when returning from the beautiful nearby beaches. The kitchen, dining, and living areas were perfect for meals and games together on nights when we didn't visit nearby restaurants. This was the perfect home and spot for our time together. It's obvious that a great deal of thought and effort has been put into making this a comfortable and luxurious vacation spot. We hope to return again year after year.

The home was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The welcome book was full of great information about the area that was very useful during our stay. The location of the home was perfect for us. We love Spinnakers Reach when we stay at Seabrook Island. The view out of the back of the house was really nice too!

Beautiful place with excellent views! Would only suggest window covering options for living room and on side window of bedroom.
