Very nice place with sweeping views down both golf courses! The unit was very clean and steps from the ocean club, pool and the beach! I would definitely rent this again!

We loved your home. It was beautiful and welcoming. It had everything we needed during our stay, the kitchen was spectacular!We did have some trouble understanding the TV in the main room...even our 16 year old granddaughter did! We would highly recommend your home to anyone looking for a place to stay on Seabrook Island. We anticipate, we ourselves may be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us. God Bless!

We had a fantastic week in Seabrook Island. The house was ideally situated, close to the pool, beach and golf course. Perfect amount of space for a family of 6.

you may edit as necessary - but overall a 5 star review due to a great location with fabulous views of water and sunsets. The villa was very clean and comfortable.......small things to improve on would be that horrible key pad which my wife couldn't use with her fingernails which means she got locked out once when I played tennis. The ceiling fan and lights didn't work in main room and many light switches didn't control anything. There weren't any hot pads in kitchen.......but these were all small things that we can survive......overall a great place - love Seabrook!

This beach home is absolute perfection! Best location on Seabrook with views of the ocean and a two minute walk straight to beach. Inside is gorgeous and boasts its owners’ loving care. The home is extraordinarily well-stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. We were celebrating a birthday with three generations and everyone was beyond comfortable and entertained. Thank you to the owners for sharing their gem. We plan to be repeat guests.

We are regular Seabrook visitors but first time staying at this location. It was great, a short bike ride to the beach, pool and clubhouse. The home was clean, had plenty of space for our family of 4. Only note, there was nothing in the way of kitchen items beyond basic utensils. We've stayed in homes before that had extra foil, seasoning, oil, spices, that sort of thing, so if you are doing a lot of cooking at home keep this in mind. Other than that, it was great.

Literally a perfect vacation home for me and my two teenage children. House was clean and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The porch area was fantastic. House was close enough. We could bike to the beach in about 15 minutes. Pool was not crowded. Will stay again.

Perfect getaway with a direct view of the ocean across the street as well as the club pool just a few steps across the street. End unit with Nice size bedrooms and a sitting room with a nice round table to play Scrabble with our two grandkids. Love the Atrium Villas and their perfect location. Would and will definitely come back again. We live in North Charleston and wanted close. This was it!!

As always, amazing stay on Seabrook Island. Stayed at 1715 Shelter Cove Villa this visit. Been vacationing here since 2003 and love it! This particular villa is an older place,but immaculately clean and very well taken care of. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we hope to come back again next year! Everything you could possibly need to cook and have a comfortable stay was provided, and the condo was beautifully updated. Quite possibly the best vacation rental we've booked yet! A short walk to the beach, coffee shop and pool and a reasonable drive (or bike ride!) to groceries and shopping.
