We had such an amazing stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and every detail made the trip feel relaxing and special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Loved decor, very well equipped and clean! Beautiful beach and sunset views. Saw lots of dolphins sitting out on the beach and deer around the condo! Would stay at this property again!

Used the Lake House workout room and the lap pool. Both were excellent and easy to access. We enjoyed a wonderful meal in Fresh Fields and enjoyed shopping the unique and some familiar shops. The view from the rental was wonderful and we spent lots of time on the porch. Very well stocked kitchen and the towels and linens were really nice.

PERFECT is all I can say. Beautiful accommodations, lovely screened in porch. Fully equipped kitchen....everything was just perfect. Would definitely stay again. If I had to fuss about anything it would be the golf course guys preparing the way at 6am in the morning. will definitely consider this property again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Beautiful accommodations and fabulous screened in porch with dining and relaxing spaces. Very well equipped house. Kitchen had everything we needed and little extras you don't usually see in a rental. From car passes to checking in and out, everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

The house was great. Convenient location to amenities, and beautiful view. One thing to note that needs to get repaired- the doors leading into the bedrooms do not shut properly.

Location was wonderful, linens and towels were great. Easy check in and check out. Very comfortable living space to relax in and take in the view and the kitchen was well stocked. It is showing signs of wear and could use a bit of updating but all easy to overlook. Great location to the Lake House and to getting to the marina and Fresh Fields.

This was an awesome property. It was exactly as described and as shown. All furniture was comfortable to sit on and spend any time on, the bed was super comfortable. It only was 5 minutes to Boardwalk 9, which took you right to the riverside beach, which had plenty of seashells. We saw brown pelicans doing their silly headfirst dives, perfectly synchronized dolphins every low tide, birds galore and lots of sand crabs pop up every single day. It was literally, paradise. It’s very well appointed, with plenty of towels and supplies like garbage bags. If you forgot sugar, they had it. Nice set of dishes and lots of glasses. All appliances worked, and not too many stairs anywhere to be difficult for elderly folks like us. And although there were other people all around and over us, we never heard any noise whatsoever. And everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only true negative we had was with the keypad to get in. Please just get a modern key code lock! No matter how good you got with those tiny, annoying push pins, the key would drop out of the box. We hated it. Our 2 small Havanese absolutely loved it. They are exceptionally well behaved and loved everything about the beach.Also, the place was immaculate. We have been to kiawah several times, but this rental completely blew that away. This was so much nicer & although we were diehard Oceanside people all of our lives, we will continue to come to Seabrook from now on. We really hope we will be welcomed back again yrly.

Excellent location! Lovely sunsets! Approx. 7 minute walk to the Island Beach Club. Another option is the beach right out the back door. The condo is lovely, clean, well maintained and exactly as pictured. We look forward ot returning.

This is a very nice unit. It feels fresh and new, not like a typical rented place. The view is great and the private balcony is an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat inside. You will get a morning wake up call from the club's leaf blowers but it does not last long. It rained one day and it would have been nice to have a covered part of the balcony where we could sit outside and not get wet. All in all though, the unit was great and I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in this unit in Pelican Watch. The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge spotless when we checked in. Parking was also convenient and only a few steps to the front door. We would definitely stay here again the next time we return to Seabrook!
