We had an amazing time in Seabrook and the house at Gnarled Pine was perfect! Everyone was helpful and responsive. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well stocked including beach chairs that were a nice surprise. Our only complaint is that the trip was not longer as there was so much more we wanted to do.

We love coming to Seabrook and 2105 Bay Pointe Villa is our favorite place to stay. This will be our 8th year visiting Seabrook and Kiawah and our 4th time booking 2105 Bay Pointe Villa, Seabrook. The villa was perfect for 2 couples. Plenty of space for us. The interior was bright and airy with lovely furnishings. The kitchen was new and functioned well. The appliances were nicer than I have at home. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces! The location was great! Right across from boardwalk 9. Easy walk, bike or drive to clubhouse and pool area and golf course! Pool was awesome! Views all around the area are lovely! Would recommend renting bikes to tour the whole Seabrook Island area. We had a great stay - thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this home on Seabrook Island and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The location was especially convenient. It was an easy trip to the Marina and Freshfields for groceries, restaurants, and anything else we needed. We also loved being able to hop on our bikes and easily ride to the pools and beach. Having the garage set up as a large gaming area was a huge bonus for our teenagers—it gave them their own space to hang out and have fun while the rest of us enjoyed the house. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone slept great, which isn’t always the case when traveling. The entire process from booking through checkout was easy and seamless. The management team and owners were incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. Overall, this home made our Seabrook Island trip even better. It was clean, comfortable, well-located, and perfect for our family. We definitely plan to return!

We truly enjoyed your place. It was very well appointed. The outdoor patio areas were just perfect for us. And we really enjoyed the screened in portion. The kitchen had all necessities and appliances are all top of the line. The location was ideal. We really enjoyed our short stay on Seabrook Island!

This was a beautiful corner suite overlooking 2 golf course greens. The rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was incredibly comfortable for the five of us, which include included three generations of people. My father, at 104, marveled at how much she enjoyed it. Quiet, setting and great working kitchen!

This was a convenient location for our activities on the island. Unit is older but has been maintained well. Cleanliness was ok but bathroom tile grout could use a deep cleaning. Mattresses we very soft which some people prefer. Would possibly stay here again if visiting.

There was a mishap with our first property as it was uninhabitable due to some water intrusion and ceiling damage. Coastal moved us to another property without disrupting our check in. The new property was great! Communications were excellent. They facilitated all necessary changes with Amenities, vehicle registration and with Lightning Bugz (golf cart). Would definitely work with them again in the future!

Our villa was very welcoming and we loved the location. I am a sucker for a covered porch, especially with a view. Bunk beds are always a win with kiddos; mine included! Owners are gracious and accommodating - would book again in a heartbeat! Thank you for the stay.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook. The location is perfect with all the conveniences of the Beach club and golf club. Loved the coastal decor and enjoyed the ocean views from the unit balcony.
