Lovely hotel, fantastic customer service and was given early check in which was greatly appreciated, the suite is lovely i stayed there 2 nights then moved to room 10 which is also very nice.

Loved our room Didn't like the fact that we upgraded to a room with a bath they didn't refund but let us have a free breakfast which my partner could barely eat as it was over cooked his breakfast was brick hard my toast almost broke my tooth
