Love this property. Perfect place for a family vacation. Close to everything but quiet when you want to sit and enjoy the outdoor patio. Would definitely stay again.

Our trip was so fun. We loved the layout of the home. Wonderful patio and BBQ area!

Host was great. Place worked out just fine for World Cup trip. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 littles! Things I wish I knew (so I give to you).- No A/C but every room had an over head or box fan. It was stuffy without doors / windows open. Ocean breeze and fans made it manageable. We run hot and we’re worried but it was just fine in June.- 8 minute walk to 32nd street beach access. Easy even with the little kids.- Grocery store, shopping, plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. - As of June 2026 there WAS an awesome beach wagon with chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, sand toys. The professional host company couldn’t tell us if there was anything there to use but as of now… there is. - There were NO beach towels (had to buy some that we left for the next guests). Kind of a bummer for the extra we paid for World Cup premium. Note* plenty of regular towels for bathing. - Kitchen was well stocked and had a few basic spices, oils- No baby stuff. No high chair, pack n play, etc. plan to bring / buy / rent. - Definitely not a 2 car garage. If you have a second vehicle plan to battle it out for the little amount of street parking there is. House has a small parking lot next door that says for the shops only. We didn’t dare use it / get towed. - The gas station and a few small businesses are directly behind the house that do bring some morning/night traffic & noise. Wasn’t horrible, didn’t wake our kids but we did notice it. Thanks for a great stay.

Great stay! Spacious, clean, and comfortable…was able to spread out. A couple blocks from the ocean :) Had some bikes and a beach wagon in the garage. Only critique is the towels are very limited. The listing says that; however, I’d definitely pack towels (for beach and showers). Overall, this place is great! I’d definitely go back!

Great place to stay. Came in for a wedding at The Lido House, and we walked across the street. Very open feel to the house.

If you want an absolutely stacked kitchen including BBQ - this place has everything needed to make just about anything you want. Tons of utensils, flatware, cookware, plates, bowls - you name it, they got it. Full grill setup as well. But if you don’t want to cook - no problemo - numerous restaurants within walking distance - including a Pavilions supermarket with ready-to-eat meals a very short walk away. Beach is also very close by - and Lido House is across the street. Garage can definitely fit two cars - so bring the whole family - park once and enjoy!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb on Balboa Peninsula. The location is unbeatable—super walkable and just steps away from everything you’d want, including the beach, restaurants, and shops. It made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family! The beautiful open floor plan and spacious great room made for a wonderful gathering space, and it was a huge plus that everyone had their own bedroom. The kitchen and amenities were excellent, and the location was very walkable. While the garage was helpful for parking our car, we wish there were easier parking options for our other vehicles. Overall, we had a great stay.
