Overall good property, could use some tlc, but we would absolutely rent again.

Great location. House was very updated, clean and everything in good working order. Loved the pool, we had the pool heat turned on for the April week. It was perfect.

The 3rd Story Unit was well kept, clean and quiet. Great location, easy access to Surfside Pier area and direct 5th Ave North access to US 17
