This property is located on the water and within walking distance to the Main Street with shops and restaurants. While we had a car, it is not needed to enjoy Balboa Island. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have used in terms of appliances, etc. that were there. Highly recommend staying there.

This cute home was the perfect place for us for a week in early June. The property is a duplex and we had the front part that faced the bay. Sitting on the patio made for great people watching both on and off the water. The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils. We liked that there was an extra refrigerator in the garage available for guests use. Beds were all comfortable and the easy walking distance to shops and restaurants made for a delightful stay. We look forward to coming back!!

The house is beautiful and is in a perfect location on Balboa Island. Had a little issue when checking in but it was resolved swiftly. I recommend this property.

The property was just as advertised. House was in good shape and very close to the main street of Balboa Island. I will look to return.

Location is amazing. Very close to marine ave and all the restaurants and shops, and across from the beach. The house was spacious and comfortable and very nice and bright. Only downside was some noise from tenants next door (within noise ordinance to be fair). The back bedroom shared a wall and ceiling with the tenants so there was some noise. That room is easy to black out if you have small children who need to nap, which I appreciated.

A great house right on the perimeter road of Balboa Island, nice to see people walking past and was a great base to explore Orange County.
We would definitely go back to this house.
Overall a really nice place to stay
