Es war wie beschrieben wunderschön. Die sehr nette Gastgeberin hat uns Insidertips mit dem Auto gezeigt, Orte in der Nähe, die wir so nicht gefunden hätten und die wir dann alleine erkunden konnten. Beide waren Gastgeber waren nett und herzlich, es war familiär. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Jesus, für uns war das vollkommen gut, da die Lage dadurch sehr schön war

Our stay with our family was great at this property- especially the large kitchen and front patio area!

We had an excellent time at this location. Everything is very close ,Easy to walk and it was very nice having half of the garage to be able to park or park bikes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison idéalement située sur Balboa Island. La maison est simple, mais confortable, au calme et proche du ferry. C'est un excellent choix pour loger à Newport Beach.

Walking distance to the ferry. Great front deck. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could use new frying pans and some additional utensils. Overall a nice functional place for our family.

King bed, queen bed, twin with a trundle, and a pull out couch in living room. The third bedroom with the trundle is only accessible by going through one of other bedrooms. Tall ceilings and good size rooms for Balboa Island homes. Kitchen is dated but functional. No A/C. Not usually needed on Balboa but worth noting. TVs are equipped with streaming access like Roku. WiFi is solid. Overall great house and definitely recommended!

Great find. Clean and as expected, walk to ferry to Balboa Peninsula and for Duffy boat.
