We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect - just a short convenient walk to the beach. The open living area with an abundance of windows made the space feel bright, airy, and inviting. We also loved the spacious patio which was the perfect spot to leave out Mahjong set up to play.

Our stay at this home was great! It was great for kids and everything was perfect and clean. We have no complaints! It is close to the ferry. Had everything we need. Can’t wait to come back!!

Walking distance to the ferry. Great front deck. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could use new frying pans and some additional utensils. Overall a nice functional place for our family.

King bed, queen bed, twin with a trundle, and a pull out couch in living room. The third bedroom with the trundle is only accessible by going through one of other bedrooms. Tall ceilings and good size rooms for Balboa Island homes. Kitchen is dated but functional. No A/C. Not usually needed on Balboa but worth noting. TVs are equipped with streaming access like Roku. WiFi is solid. Overall great house and definitely recommended!

Great house and location

This place is perfect. Everything a family or even two needs. The location can not be beat!! Walk into town in three minutes. Right on the water. Will definitely come back!
