Perfect property for a family vacation. The location was everything! Steps from the beach and near to all the local restaurants, bars and shops. Will definitely be booking here again.

We had a great stay! Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of room for all the hands pitching-in when cooking was necessary! Plenty of sunshine and beautiful sunsets! Balboa Bars just a walk to the Pier…
Wonderful family memories recounted — and new ones made!

We couldn't have asked for a better location or floor plan for our visit. The house was very functional for our needs with one elderly person and two teenagers plus ourselves. We had very easy access to the beach, good restaurants, and parking for visitors from the local area.
We weren't sure how it would be being right on the walking/bike path however had a great time talking with people as they walked by and had a fun atmosphere.
We would look to stay again if back in Newport Beach.

Loved every bit of this place. It’s the coziest place I’ve ever been. We loved the easy access to the creek and hiked up and down it each day. The property is so serene with lots of sitting areas to relax and get the true feeling of being away. The rocking chairs were our favorite. I would absolutely recommend this to others.

The location was amazing. I had a wonderful experience there. The place was homey and we enjoyed every minute of it .

Beautiful home that’s close by anything you need. Amazing views of the beach and the host was super great. NB Vacation Properties made it easy for us to check in and out. They messaged us through out our stay to make sure we were taken care of. Must book!
