This Airbnb is beautiful!! Really uniquely designed house! Layout is well planned. The house has pretty much everything you would need. Having two kitchens was surprisingly useful and nice! Room set ups were great. The location was perfect-a few houses from the sand and not too close to the busy streets, but not too far either- right where the boardwalk ends. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect space for 5 adults and 5 kids. Great location and stunning house with thoughtful upgrades throughout. Cant wait to come back next year!

Overall, the property is stunning, beautifully decorated, and extremely well designed. It's one house down from the beach. It insulates noise fairly well, so the noise ordinances were not a problem as long as you stay indoors. It was clean when we came. We encountered zero problems with the house itself. They did require signing extensive contracts, which I believe is standard for the Newport Beach area, and an in person check-in at their office a few minutes drive away, which we were told was just because we were staying during an especially busy time (Memorial Day Weekend). The only hiccup we ran into is that our text communication was from an outsourced offsite vendor and they did not seem to be aware of our check-in time (or current time in the region, etc). Communicating with them was inconsistently helpful and a little slow at times. However, once we checked in, everything went smoothly. Would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The house is a gorgeous example of modern beach house design. There was ample space for everyone and we enjoyed the spacious seating at the dining table and comfortable living spaces. Location is ideal for walking to restaurants, shops and the beach.

We had a great stay! The property was very clean, spacious, and in the perfect location—just a short walk to the beach. Everything was exactly as described, and the area was convenient and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back.
