This unit was phenomenal. I’ve come to Newport for 10+ years every year and this is the nicest home we’ve stayed in. The cleanliness, the high end finishes and amenities were all top notch. Everything was very well thought out for guests to have a good vacation. Location is great. Next to every store and restaurant you’d need. Not as loud as I expected, with it being right in the middle of all the action.
checking into the unit is a little challenging as there’s 4 different places for you to enter a code before you get into your unit, but that did mean for extra security which my wife loved.

Absolute perfection. Our stay here, without a doubt, was the best of all of our Airbnb/VRBO experiences. If you are looking for an exceptional, high-end experience in Newport Beach, look no further - this is it!
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was a brand new, very thoughtfully designed space. The modern aesthetic and high-end design were truly incredible, with every detail feeling intentional and luxurious. The location can’t be beat, and parking was so easy!
