We had an amazing time staying in 30A at "Happy Nest"!! We will be back!

Absolutely loved our experience! The neighborhood was so lovely, charming, convenient, clean. Check in/out was so easy, everything was super clear on the app. We're already planning to return next year, for a longer stay!

I enjoyed my stay because it was clean, welcoming, and comfortable; it felt like I was at home. The community is clean and has a beautiful pool. Everything was just perfect and I couldn’t ask for anything better.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. It was decorated so cute! The neighborhood was a little noisy near us at night but we expected that due to Spring Break. The golf cart was great and the perfect size for our family. We took it to the beach every day. One location is 1 mile from the house and another is around 3 miles. We typically used that one due to more parking in that area. Deer Lake Park I believe it was called was closed right now for construction. That is the closest spot. The house is also very close to The Hub. You can just walk there! Overall loved the stay and the adorable house.

Everything was exactly as pictured and the unit had a nice expansive balcony. My kids loved the bunk beds and the golf cart the most. I would definitely book with Panhandle again.

We loved having the golf cart to get around and the property had everything we needed. The hub is also great for all your needs. Beaches are just a five minute drive away on the golf cart and also they had bikes, floats, and plenty of towels.

Our stay at Happi-Nest was absolutely wonderful! The decor is beautiful, appliances are top notch, furniture/mattresses are so comfy, dishes so pretty, master shower amazing, not to mention the included golf cart being icing on the cake! I could go on and on!! The owners have absolutely thought of everything you could possibly need! We can't wait to go back to this beautiful area and stay at Happi-Nest again!!
