Wonderful apartment. Roger is a fantastic host with a beautiful apartment in such a great area. Close to many shops and restaurants as well as public transportation, I cannot think of a more central location in Barcelona.

Excellent place to stay. Very quiet. Accurate description. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be to put a dehumidifier in the condo.

My sister, husband and I stayed at Aquavista, in Panama City Beach. 803 East. It is a beautiful condo right on the beach this is the 5th time we have stayed at Aquavista and would highly recommend it to all my family and friends.

We had a lovely stay at Aqua Vista! The location was wonderful, about a mile from Pier Park, right across the street from a Winn Dixie, with an AMAZING view directly out on the white, sandy beaches of PCB and the ocean! The condo was very clean, with a wall of windows overlooking the ocean. Excellent communication with the owners and swift re-entry when our access code needed to be reset. One more thing that I truly appreciated- sharp knives in the kitchen! We ate in for breakfast and lunches and went out in the evenings- so many condos I've been to have sub standard kitchen items. This condo did not disappoint! Loved it and would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and well kept. One of the nicest Condos we have stayed at Aqua Vista. The Beds and Pillows were wonderful and the furniture was very nice. The only problem we had was the TV in the extra bedroom did not work. We called and maintenance could not fix it, It needed a new modem. The only reason we get 2 rooms with TV's is because my Daughter and I cannot go to sleep without the TV on. This was very disappointing.

Perfect place located where you could get to eatery's, shopping, walking, beach.....everything. perfect weather. Much entertainment around!!! Fireworks the last night we were there down by the pier overvthe water. Watched from our balcony!!!! Beautiful!!! Thank you for a fabulous vacation!!!

Beautifully decorated, awesome beds you will have a great night sleep. Had everything we needed for our stay. Have booked 2 years straight and will go back again.

We were unaware of all the construction not only on the building, but road in front as well. The elevator was scary and stopped on one night, and had to be fixed, Myself with COPD and my husband who has strokes had to walk up 8 floors to our condo. Our condo was amazing!!! 803E Beautiful views and we had so much fun this past week despite the flaws of first couple of days. Thanks so much for an unbelievable week!!

Great condo..Facilities fair..pool states seasonal heated and was not..it was freezing and hoy tub didn’t work till last night

Our first booking was not acceptable due to elevators not functioning. Becky with Panhandle Getaways got us in a unit at Tidewater immediately. The condo was excellent.

Amazing beautiful place with amazing views! Clean and very easy access to everything around us!!! We do not have a single complaint about this place! It was truly amazing!!
