Stay was great; we had a little issue with air conditioner when we first arrived. Host was quick to resolve the issue and refunded me a night for the troubles. Room was so clean. I’m a professional cleaner so cleanliness is something I really notice. Baseboards and windows were dusted and maintained properly. Towels and linens were fresh. Definitely one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in.

We loved the condo. Perfect location and great amenities. Beautiful oceanview and the beach was great. No complaints here. Qe will be back.

The only thing I would recommend is to put black out shades in bedroom due to the light outside lighting up the room at night. It was a great location and we enjoyed the stay.

The property was just as described. Great location! Beach was beautiful and we were able to walk to many places nearby, including Pier Park.

We had a great time. The room was very cute beach theme and clean, and updated well. Would have like some plastic dinnerware always afraid going to break. The balcony chairs were comfortable. I was not crazy about how high we would be but the view was that much more amazing, so glad I took the chance and went this high up. We seen dolphins, sting Ray, hammerhead shark, all from our room. We walked to pier and seen manatee, sea turtle and jelly fish. My only complaint was the elevators and that was everyone’s complaint with us all waiting in the heat and getting to close to squeeze in no matter what direction going cause not sure another would come. Resort really needs to fix all ones they have and figure out something to make quicker. Otherwise hotel is amazing with lots to offer. Movie theater and game room we did not try but cool touch. Restaurant dinner food was excellent but very high priced they got us cause of convenience. Breakfast not as good but not terrible. Overall definitely five stars.

Upon deciding we were headed to the beach for my husband and I’s Spring Break (we are teachers), I immediately started a VRBO search for properties for our stay. When this listing appeared I was delighted to see it as my cousin and I vacationed here 2 Springs ago at this very condo. I remember the condo having an amazing view, aesthetically pleasing decor and superb cleanliness. My husband and I booked the place and once again it met our expectations. The rental company, was easy to communicate with as we had issues with the dryer. The provided a dryer for us to access in our time there. We were delighted to close to all of our Panama City Beach favorites. We were sad to leave the condo this morning for we would miss it’s views and comfortability. We will be returning guests at condo 2503.

What a great get away. The apartment was fresh looking, convenient, quiet, and adequate tools to make meals. Laundry was helpful. Staff was friendly.

We stayed here for our girl’s trip and we had the best time!! I love that it was right on the beach and even though we were on the 25th floor the elevators were not that bad! The longest we waited was when we were checking out! The only thing I will say is that they put out too many of their beach chairs and umbrellas…it takes up too much of the beach and we went down at 5:30 to pick our spot out and when we come back there were their beach chair and umbrellas on both sides of us and we were up closest to the water line. I think that people should not be aloud to move those big chairs and umbrellas they should have to stay in the back I mean that was just rude to move those chair up like that. But other than that no complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed for a week and didn't have any complaints the view is amazing we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Only thing that needs to be addressed is the elevator issue the wait time to get on one to get to your floor is 30-45min at peak times. We would definitely stay again though!
