Best stay here yet. All elevators were working and everything was super clean. The atmosphere was as friendly as always!

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was mold in every bathroom, windows, and sliding doors. The floor had not been swept or cleaned from the previous renters. The refrigerator had dried food in it. There was 1 pan and a tiny saucepan to cook with and both of them had food that was from whoever cooked with them before our stay and all of the silverware and spatulas had dried food on them as well. We had to go buy all new cookware. The hall light flickered, but is connected to the bunk room so we had to use it. The ceiling fans looked like they had fur on them they were so dusty. The couch was stained and the sheets to the pullout were filthy and not washed. The bathroom hooks were broken and missing. The smell of the condo had a musty mildew smell. We went and bought cleaning supplies and smell goods. We did make contact with the owner who sent housekeeping to clean what we hadn’t yet, but because we were already there she couldn’t do a deep clean which is what this property needed. They did offer to come in the next day, but I didn’t want anyone in there while we were not there due to our valuables, and I did not want to waste a day of my vacation babysitting while housekeeping came in and done their job that should have been done before we arrived. You couldn’t walk the street outside of the condo after 10:00 PM due to violence. Some of the resort employees were very polite while some were extremely rude. We would not stay in this room again.

We picked this property for 2 reasons. Price and practicality. It was more then sufficient and provided a great stay for us. Being on the 5th floor was a huge bonus with at times a slow elevator as there were lots of people at the resort and a few being repaired. Would definitely recommend!

The property has a great pool and other amenities such as a tiki bar, a food hut, ice cream, and a nonalcoholic drink and icee hut. It is crowded but a good place to go if you have kids with you.

We were very happy with our vacation at this property. The property management company, Panhandle Getaways was 1st class. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend this property

We have stayed at the Shores of Panama before, and love the pool and being right on the beach. The layout of the condo was great for our family. The resort is kept clean! This complex is located in the heart of all the fun of Panama City Beach. It was extremely busy at this time of year, so the beach and traffic were very crowded. I would recommend staying on the first 5 floors as the elevators get very busy.

Good property, a little noisy with traffic on the east side of the property. Didn't notice this until we stripped the sheets to leave but there was a horrible stain on the mattress cover. The volume button on the master bedroom remote did not work.

Very beautiful resort and condo. Roomie and clean. The only down fall was the elevators but other than that I would stay again.
