We really enjoyed our stay, there is a grass area across from the condo and our two young boys played wiffle ball every afternoon with other kiddos staying near by. The pool is beautiful and we always enjoy going to the Big Chill!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We love this neighborhood and have stayed in other units previously. The place was clean and well taken care of. It’s definitely lacking compared to our other stays in 30A in regards to what it offers like baby supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. They supply starter items for bathrooms and kitchen and that was plenty for us. They have some beach supplies (some of which we bought and left) and bikes so that was great! If you come prepared with all that you’ll need, then it’s a lovely stay.

The property is beautiful light and airy! Everything was very comfortable! Tons of storage… very nice appliances!! Beautiful decor! I felt right at home! Loved sitting on the balcony and the close proximity to the hub! I would highly recommend it

The place was great and definitely a place we would come back to. The house was clean and the location was great. The pool was very large, and we rode bikes to the beach. The place was a great value and we enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I come for a long weekend with a couple friend of ours, and this property was the perfect place for our vacation. Perfect location situated directly in between Rosemary/Alys and Seaside. We would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Easy check in, clean, quiet & amazing location. This place didn’t miss a beat -Great TV/Internet, everything you need to cook, walking distance to food, pool, beach, etc! Would definitely stay here again!

It was beautiful! The property and community are well maintained and despite the number of people there it was very quiet and peaceful. Lots of amenities and things to do. Loved our time there.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very clean, comfortable, and inviting. We absolutely loved the modern decor and colors. Relaxing on the front balcony was one of our favorite spots along with the resort style pool. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location is great and right across the street to the Hub. Beach access is less than 5 min drive. The property was very clean and styled beautifully! Would definitely book again in the future.

We stayed for a week and it worked out great. The townhouse and amenities are beautiful plus the hub is a walk across the street and has food and drinks for all! My only warning is to either bring or plan on purchasing some cleaning supplies. We only got two trash bags and two dish pods for a week long stay. For people that cooked a lot, that wasn’t enough.
