Condo was clean. Communication was quick. Everything was great.

So convenient! Donuts in the morning, a burger or pizza for lunch and quesadillas for supper along with your favorite frozen drinks or snow cones for the kids. Covered walkway to Alvin‘s island….you truly never have to get in your car. Granddaughter loved the splash pad, even though it was a little cold. It would be nice if the water was a little heated. Since it’s completely in the shade, the water stays cold.

We were very happy with our stay and the room had everything we needed! The view was great and the room was a very short distance to the elevators. We have no complaints and will check availability for this room for our next trip to Panama City!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The first floor location was wonderful because we could avoid busy elevators and use only stairs to access to beach and pools. Our balcony view was beautiful. Panhandle Getaways were easy to reach when needed. My only negative is that the condo had a strong musty smell.

This ocean view condo was awesome! It was very clean and came with everything one might need. Beds were very comfortable. The view off the balcony was beautiful. This condo is located in the Splash resort, which is geared towards families. Lots of activities for families with children. Only negative is there is only two elevators for 20 floors. Since this unit is on the first floor (ground, lobby then 1st floor), we took the stairs most of the time. Even though this unit is located just above the pool, unless the patio door is open, you can’t hear any noise. I highly recommend this property!

Place was convenient to where we wanted to be. Zero issues with the condo unit itself. It had everything we needed and some. It does have a washer and dryer which I don’t remember seeing in the description but was really nice to have.
Beware the elevators can be painfully slow. It doesn’t matter to me going up and down stairs but we waited over 10 minutes one day and finally carried the wagon with all the beach toys, coolers, kids, etc. down the stairs because we got tired of waiting. After this incident, we did carry it up and down a few more times after waiting a minute or two with no results. My only gripe about the facility.
Again the unit was perfect for a family of 4. Would have been fine with a family of 5 or 6 since it has two full bathrooms. We definitely recommend staying there.

This property was great for our family with small children. Its right on the beach and they provided beach chair rentals with our stay which was awesome. This kids loved the pools. We also liked being on the first floor so we could take the stairs and avoid the loooong wait for the elevators.

We enjoyed our stay, this would be a great place for young families, there is so much for children!

The view was awesome, was quiet and clean. Overall very satisfied!

Wonderful unit! The whole family enjoyed there stay.

Away from the very busy touristy area, this condo has less traffic and was easy to get to. Very easy access to the beach, the kids loved the pools and splash areas. The unit itself is clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. And I loved being on the first floor of units so I didn't have to worry about elevators often. Only complaints are about the building, not the unit itself. Slow elevators, and arcade is a joke.

We started coming to this property after having kids and we've fallen in love with it. Sure, there are some minor things we could complain about but overall, our stays have been wonderful. This time around was at the tail end of a hurricane which passed through so it was cold but it was still nice to enjoy the beach and the hot tub on the cold days. Our room this time around was the best yet. There were even beach toys and books and puzzles left for kids to use. We had a blast.
