Our vacation was really good. The condo was clean and getting to the beach was really easy. The condo bathroom needs updating but the shower pressure was excellent regardless of being on the top floor. Location was central to Destin

Fabulous week on the Emerald Coast!! Perfect accommodations, easy beach access, stunning scenery!! Everything was exactly as described. Extremely responsive to inquiries, absolutely no issues whatsoever. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer week. Beds were extremely comfortable, linens were crisp and clean, extra bedding and pillows available. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Great corner unit on the top floor with great views. Spacious for my large family. Plenty of bathroom and kitchen needs supplied. Would definitely come back!

The condo was beautiful. You can see the sun rise and the sunset. We did not know that we had to check in at the front desk to get wrist bands for the property. The condo says it sleeps 8, but the front desk will only allow 6 wrist bands because they told us it was a fire hazard. Great place to stay and the condo did not lack anything. It was especially nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. I would highly recommend!

Great views!!! There were some hick ups but the communication and work of maintenance team was great. The unit could use other options despite just TV channels and some board games.

The view is stunning. It is a corner unit on the top floor so it has the best view of the whole building. Amazing!!!
The management is very responsive. We did have some trouble because the TV wasn’t working and they got it fixed on Thanksgiving. They deserve credit for that!
There are only few minor flaws that would mainly apply if you are with kids: living space is smaller than it appears on the pics, the unit has only regular TV chanels and no Netflix or Prime, there are no board games for the kids in the unit. So just make sure you bring enough entertainment for you little ones. You also need to bring your own beach chairs and towells.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pelican Beach 2001! It has incredible views of not only the ocean and beaches, but also of the city. The convenience of lots of restaurants in the area made it very nice. Pelican Beach Getaways was very good at helping with any problems.

We had a great time staying at panhandle! This location is perfect for families and has great pools and great access to the beach! We would gladly stay here again.

Lovely place to stay! Very quick responses, especially when me and my boyfriend wanted to stay an extra day. They gave us a discount! Top floor makes you feel luxurious. Great view to wake up to every morning. Didn't want to leave.

The location is great close to restaurants stores really anything you need and this unit may have the best location in the entire building. As some of the previous reviews have mentioned the space itself isn’t perfect some of it is outdated but if you can overlook a few minor imperfections you will have a fantastic view that will not disappoint. Also check in was very easy and the hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Definitely worth the stay
