The Grand Panama has always been a nicely kept resort, this was my 5th time staying at this resort. We had a hiccup with our access code but it was fixed immediately right over the phone. Can't wait till next year!!

amazing place to stay with an amazing balcony view! The tower itself had slow elevators but the rest of the property was great and easy access to the beach

We enjoyed our stay! We initially had a problem with our check in code but called and someone was able to help us immediately with a new code to get in. We did request linen change due to small issue and texted the host and they had someone there within the hour to change the sheets. Communication with the host was prompt and very convenient. The only issue or complaint was the parking situation. Barely anywhere to park on holiday weekend despite paying the expensive fees.. Easy and quick access to the beach!! Overall a great stay !

Matches the description so well. It is a beautiful condo in a beautiful facility. The balcony is a huge selling point with enough space to eat with the family or play games, etc.!
We arrived at 3 am and the access code to the room did not work but so called the service number and the lady was very nice and was able to reset the code almost immediately.
They were very responsive to almost anything!
The only down fall is that not a lot is I’m walking distance, you have to drive to most places you want to eat.
We would definitely stay again though’

We could get the TV's to work properly. Called maintenance, They came a full day later. Got one of them working for us. He was a really nice guy. It would be helpful to know who to call when something does not work.

There were 10 of us. We had a [problem with pull out bed but it was fixed immediately. It does need a new mattress more comfortable for those sleeping on pull out bed. Furniture needs to be cleaned but the Condo is beautiful and the deck is wonderful. we would stay again.

The condo looks just like the pictures. Super clean, well equipped. Location is great, elevators were great. Ease of checking in and out was perfect! The view was perfect! I have zero complaints and we will definitely stay at the Grand Panama again!

We loved all the patio furniture, we had plenty of seating for our group! Beautiful views of the ocean, lots of amenities! We enjoyed our stay!
