We absolutely loved our stay at 1407! The view from the room was phenomenal. On our first night there was a storm several miles out on the water and I just sat and watched it for at least an hour. We were able to walk SO MANY places that we wanted to go, which rocked. Being right on the beach is great on its own but being able to walk to great restaurants, the sky wheel, so many fun stores, the pier, and theme parks for the kids was amazing. The beds and linens were perfect, we all slept so well. Booking here is worth every penny, in my opinion. The front desk manager was also amazing at his job, I was really impressed at how well he was able to help multiple people at once, top notch employee- he deserves a raise. Getting our parking pass at the desk was a breeze (covered parking garage A+) and security was always present on ground levels which is comforting when you’re traveling with kids. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable, highly recommend.

Excellent location within walking distance to Pier Park, Beautiful view from this condo which is on the 14th floor. Love staying at the Calypso. Elevators were always fast and parking was a breeze in the covered garage.
