I would not go back to this property again. Our unit was fine; however there are major issues with all elevators. Our unit was on the 18th floor and 3 elevators were not working. We had to wait over an hour to get stuff upstairs.
Charged extra for wrist bands which was not clearly communicated. You must register 24 hours before checking in to avoid that fee. It's written somewhere, but you can't even find it unless you read fine print.
Mattress Pads were not cleaned or washed. Had Sand all over it when I took it off.
Balcony had only 2 chairs which is not ideal for the unit with 9 guests.
Beach was ok. There was too much seaweed which we wouldn't have known.
Laundry Machine had weird smell and Dryer Filter was full of Sand and Dirt. Someone needs to Vacuum all that out.
Pier Park was close by. You can walk there.
