Everything was just as pictured i would book with them every time. Our stay was like our home from home. Book it you won’t regret it.

That view is amazing! I especially liked the view because the beach was too windy to stay at for long. I prefer softer beds but that is just my personal choice. We had everything we needed to stay in for dinner.

Book it you won’t regret it. Perfect location especially if your taking your family or even for a girls trip. Everything is as pictured.

This is a great place to stay! Centrally located! The kitchen was stocked with all pans needed. A beautiful view of the ocean. Comfy big beds, the bucks were a bit hard. Huuuuuge bathrooms! Clean, great place to stay!!
Only issue was the day we arrived, one of the two elevators was down. We started to wait, 30 minutes later, we decided 14 floors wasn’t the worst. Later we got groceries and also carried them up the stairs. The rest of the weekend, we didn’t have a problem, but if the elevator goes down, be ready to wait!

Amazing views! We had so much fun celebrating spring break with our two families. The kids loved the pool, beach and all the water activities! It was nice to make meals and play games at night. Thanks for a great stay!

Great space when you have a big family or two families with Kids!

This property was amazing! The bathrooms are huge, the beds are pretty comfy, and it has a breathtaking balcony. You can have your morning coffee there, your afternoon cocktail, and then watch the sun set and the dolphins swim in the evening. Hands down my favorite part. Theres a washer and dryer in the unit which was a nice surprise. We had a party of 10, and heres a few things we ended up buying or bringing ourselves to make things more comfortable or easy for us: extra bath towels, extra pillows cases, dish soap and sponge, dishwasher soap, paper plates, trash bags, plasticware, laundry soap, toilet bowl cleaner, paper towels.
It was a little crowded with 10 people, when we were all there and awake.
Theres lots of stuff to do very close to the property and lots of shopping as well. Theres even a walmart within a mile or two where we picked up groceries and some of those last minute items. The beach was never crowded and always beautiful. And it's only a short walk and elevator ride away. I would totally rent this place again. It was an amazing time.

This is an amazing place to stay, the view is magnificent, it is located within walking distance of lots and lots of entertainment for all ages. I thought that with a group of ten we were going to be a bit crowded, to my surprise there was a lot of room, it is very quiet and you can sleep late if you wish. I would stay there again if I go back to PCB. Definitely a great place.

Truly enjoyed our stay at SterlingReef 1401! Spacious condo, comfortable pillows and beds plus stunning beach views!
