Don’t force the washer door open. It has a locking mode. Back door locks were annoying, but worked. Pleasant area, pleasant stay. Wish the pool was 24/7. Not much more demeaning than a security guard telling adults it’s bed time at 11. I’m on vacation. If I’m not destroying or disturbing, leave me alone.

Loved the location! Plenty of room. Only thing I wish it had was beach toys/floats/chairs. Other than that it was fine.

Very close to the beach and even closer to a awesome pool with waterfall and hot tub. Area was great, felt safe with friendly neighbors. House was clean and had everything we needed including linens and towels. Was pet friendly. Beautiful landscaping. Super friendly staff at rental office and at portside resort. AC froze up and they had someone out to fix it within 2 hours before house could even warm up. Had a really great time and would recommend to others.

Location is great. Property was great. We could walk to the beach. It’s older and isn’t as new as other properties we’ve stayed in however it was clean convenient and met our needs as a family with our dog.

The staff was very friendly. All 3 pools were clean and very comfortable. The ocean is across the street but it's so beautiful and worth the small walk (less than 100 steps). The condo was clean as well and had all the dishes, silverware, & cookware you would need to make your meals. T.V.s and cable in both bedrooms and the living area. 6 people can easily fit. All in all, I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

We stayed for the month of February and had a wonderful time. The unit was very comfortable and cozy. Had everything we needed. It is located next to the pool and easy access to the beach. Couldn't ask for more. Will be back next year. Oh yes, and we had a view of the water. Perfect.
