We enjoyed our stay very much! It was clean, beds were SO comfortable, and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do.
The condo wasn’t as big as the pictures made it look like, but it was perfect for our family.

Perfect for teens traveling with family. The loft bedroom offers some privacy, and the pool is in view from the room's balcony. It's nice to be able to keep an eye on them, but offer them some freedom. It is in walking distance to the beach and the Waffle House.
It was awesome to have the washer/dryer to wash the salt off suits and be able to pack lighter (so we could just wash and wear again rather than bring clothes for each day).
Air conditioning was a nice break from the heat, too. Netflix is offered in the loft bedroom, but not downstairs or in the bedroom, if that matters. It was nice if someone wanted to nap, the other could watch TV in another area.
It is roomy, with a full, but tight kitchen. So nice to be able to prepare meals. Huge Fridge!
Also, it is on the third floor (which is why you get the loft). It's nice to be able to see the pool from the balcony, so the kids could swim and we could keep an eye on them.
It was 5 minutes from the Blue Dolphin Tours boat tours, and about 15-30 minutes (depending on traffic/time of day) to Gulf World Marina and the Pier Park shopping area.

Super tranquil 3rd floor condo overlooking the pool. Easy walk through the property and directly out onto the beaches. The kitchen was well-equipped to handle evening dinner preps. Everything was nice and clean.
