We arrived at the condo on Monday at 4:10 PM CST,but the door code didn't work. We entered at 4:18 PMafter resolving it. At 4:25 PM, I reported missingwristbands and parking passes, told they'd bedelivered soon. At 7:23 PM, I followed up; at 7:43 PM,lwas told the work order was active. At 8:57 PM, a textsaid delivery was 90 minutes away, but no one cameby midnight. Fearing towing, I slept in my car atWalmart. On Tuesday at 12 PM, we were denied beachaccess without wristbands and ate out instead. At 2:05PM--22 hours after arrival-we got the passes.Frustrated over losing a vacation day (costing 4,000),I requested a refund day Thursday at 7:00 AM. TheProminence office said they'd forward my request. ByFriday, no response. Saturday, after I followed up, theysaid they'd emailed management but had no updateNo further communication came. On Sunday, I only gota checkout text. This was my family's worst experiencemarked by poor service and business practices.

We really liked our stay here. We got this condo last minute due to a hurricane and having to switch locations!

great location, close to the beach, lazy river is nice too

Very nice 3bdrm apartment on bayside of Okaloosa island. Access to beach via pedestrian bridge and a long walk. Lazy river was a daily activity Plan on trip to grocery store soon for food and essentials. Only downside, wear slippers or socks in apartment, floors turned bottom of socks black.

Amazing stay. Pools were cleaned everyday. Henderson beach was my favorite beach, crystal clear!

Very nice apartment but it smelled like cigarettes, that's what I didn't like. but the place the perfect location the beach is close. The sea water was very dirty but that was not a problem for my family and I spent some spectacular days. I rent again thanks

Condo was great! Beds are comfortable, never felt cramped. Kitchen was perfect. Overall I’d stay again, no issues.

Excellent visit and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My family had the best time!

Wonderful facility. Very family friendly. The ground keepers do an amazing job so beautiful. The only complaint we have is in our condo our refrigerator produced ice but did not dispense the ice and the floors in the condo were very very dirty had to wear socks or slippers or feet were black on bottom🤔

Our first evening was disturbed with 3 fire alarms going off every hour! The condo was neat, but had food on silverware in drawer, bathroom drawers were "hairy", Jacuzzi tub spewed black stuff out, shower button in small bathroom tub didn't work all the time and toilet in small bathroom wasn't flushing properly. However, we did have a great time. Just a little more fine-tuning in housekeeping is needed.
