Perfect!

Great view! This place was at a great location and had the best beach access we’ve ever experienced.

The place is amazing. Perfect location with the best beach views. We were there at a very busy time and the beach didn’t feel too crowded except for one day. The room itself is exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and everything was in working order. No complaints at all. Can’t wait to hopefully come back again.

Perfect location to getaway and relax with family. Only challenge was checking in and unloading luggage. But other than that it was a great vacation and a great condo during our stay.

August 2024. Our stay was AWESOME! The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Definitely will be booking a stay at Edgewater for next year!

Beautiful place

Mesmerizing! Is the first word coming to mind when opening the door to your rented condo! Breath taking view, location. Well organized and clean. Quiet. Just overall the best memories my family and I have from this vacation.

The condo was just as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. It was me, my daughter and 3 grandkids. Loved being able to walk out right onto the beach. The kids loved the pool. My only complaint was the parking. Once you went into the parking garage and there was no parking place you had to back all the way out. Otherwise it was great. Would stay here again.

This condo had everything we wanted and more! The bed was very comfortable. The pools were great and it was easy to access the beach. My only complaint was that some of the information listed was incorrect and/or we couldn’t reach anyone at the property management to confirm. The parking is $30 not $20. Not a big deal but since I only had a $20 bill, I had to pay for parking with a credit card which I was charged a fee for. Again, not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Also, we never got the tickets/credit that was listed (Dave and Busters, Gulf World, etc). When I asked about it when I paid for parking, they had no idea. I tried calling the property management but no one ever answered.

We stayed here the week before independence day and it was great. The cleaning could've been better and it wasn't ready at the time we were told but the cleaning lady was nice to let us change our clothes and wait on the beach until it was ready. We brought food to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed and glasses for all our drinks. The view is absolutely amazing! Really enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony and our wine with the sounds of the waves was perfect to end our evenings. The pool and beach was not as packed as it usually is closer to the pier area which was perfect! We used the grills a few times which was really handy. We had 9 people stay (4 adults, 3kids, 2 toddlers) one couple stayed in the master and our 2 oldest stayed on the couch bed, another couple stayed in the other room with the queen bed and bunk beds was absolutely perfect for the kids! The bathrooms were very spacious. We had a little trouble getting the code, but I called and they gave it to me over the phone. The security was very strict about wearing your wristbands! So make sure you have them at all times in the common areas. We can't wait to go back!
