Beautiful place with beautiful view. Great for families with several kids. Lots of sleeping space. Host was very friendly and helpful. Quick to respond also. Loved the pools and kiddie water park. Everything you need is in close proximity.

2 things!
1 there was a rug over busted tile. Looks like it would be fixed before anyone stayed there being it seems like water damage
And this is very very high up.

Very nice resort with all condos beachfront! Very nice to have such a short walk to the beach! Especially with 3 kids! The mini waterpark is nice too especially on the rainy days!

This unit was awesome! You could tell the owners really take care of it. The only down side was the ice maker in the freezer did not work. You can buy a 10 lb. bag of ice at the resort though. (From what others were saying, almost every ice maker in the building wasn't working so maybe they do it on purpose so you have to buy ice) ha! But I would definitely stay at this property again it was by far one of the nicest condos.

My husband, 4 kids and I had a fabulous week at the Splash Resort! We were on the 21st floor! Enjoyed the views, the weather and loved the sound of the ocean each night! It was perfect with the 4 kids. The pools, beach, activities, everything! One of our favorite vacations! Will definitely recommend for friends and family and be back ourselves!
