This property management team is top notch! They were quick to respond to our questions and they provided exceptional support.

Description and location was great. Plenty of room for each of the grandkids to have space. Description was accurate. The beach was perfect without crowds of people. Quiet family oriented is what we needed. We had a few minor issues when we first moved in, but we couldn’t ask for anything better. Kids have already talked about going back. Thanks Wes for helping us have a great Thanksgiving!

Highly recommend this vacation house! The house is absolutely amazing! It was nice having the beach and pool so close! We had some little kids and they were able to run back and forth from the pool to the beach with ease! My husband usually doesn’t like the beach but this set up prevented him from having to constantly haul stuff from far away! Also, we had the beach to ourselves since this area is not very crowded! Each night we drove into Port St. Joe which took about 20 min! The food in town was wonderful! We hope we can stay here again soon!

Home was just beautiful- kitchen stocked well - amazing views and wonderful pool. Would definitely stay again!

I was looking for a pool and more space for our annual Indian Pass teio. This house did not dissappoint. Amazing vista, spacious rooms and outdoor area. The pool.was perfect and easy access to the beachnfrom the houses boaedwalk.

We loved it would stay here again
