One palm is a great house for families. We all had plenty of room and made memories that will last a lifetime. It was a quick walk to the beach and in a convenient location from town.

Had a wonderful weekend staying at the beach house!

One Palm readily met the requirements of a party of 13, although we didn't have that many sleeping at one time as some guests arrived or left on different days. We were always comfortable, beach proximity is good and beach item closet is well stocked. We had a few maintenance items that needed addressing when we arrived and Michelle at Sea Stay Vacation rentals was on top of it and had the items handled quickly. As a bonus, this area of Port St. Joe beach seemed to have a new array of shells and treasures to find that I have not previously seen in PSJ or the Cape. We would certainly stay here again!
