Great location. Few small issues. But the host was very helpful and fix them right away. Great communication.

This was our first trip to 30A, and we couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The place was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious. Enough room so that we were not on top of each other. Perfect kitchen for cooking! I loved that we had a view of the beach from the porch - I enjoyed my coffee there each morning. My teenage boys loved the loft and the privacy that it gave them. We will book with Panhandle Getaways in the future.

Overall we loved our stay. The condo was clean and very pretty, location was excellent (just a short walk through the parking lot and then you're on the beach!), the host was helpful and kind, and it was close to fun things and restaurants. Our only complaint was the bed situation - the listing said the downstairs bedroom has a king bed but it was definitely a full/queen. This was only a problem because it wasn't big enough for 2 people, which we were counting on. Other than that, it was lovely and I'd definitely stay there again!
