We had all 10 if our Grandkids there for Thanksgiving. I t was a great time. Their Moms amd Dads were able to walk with them several times to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Easy and pretty walk. Easy to get to Restaurants and Grocery Stores as well. Our only minor complaint was there were not quite enough pots, pans, and cleaning supplies in the Kitchen for our family who are all gifted jn the Kitchen and made a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. Thanks for sharing your home with our large family!

Our only complaint on our stay at house was that a golf cart is provided and advertised, but there is no where to drive it except for a few streets around the house. The beach is accessible via a 15 min walk (or 5 min bike ride) and there is a local pool (1 min walk) and a larger pool (7min walk). Also there is no street parking, which is likely mentioned somewhere, but it was a slight inconvenience for us. Alys Beach and Rosemary are an easy walk away for restaurants and shops.

We wanted to clarify that while the residential areas nearby do have their own parking rules, the golf cart can be driven to and parked in any public parking area along 30A, including near the public beach access points. we stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was the perfect place for 12 girls! We had plenty of room and the beds were all so comfy! Would definitely stay here again!
