Loved the view easy access to pool in the ocean.

We LOVED our stay here! Being able to sit on the balcony and watch the water was amazing, and the beach chairs being included was a very nice touch. There are codes needed to get to the pool and beach, but we were able to get very quick replies from the host's text service any time we had questions. The king bed was comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. The only things to be aware of are that you need to bring your own salt, pepper, oil, etc (not out of the usual) but you also need to bring your own water since there is no dispenser in the home. Also, the activities available through the host change frequently and you only get one ticket free per activity. But even getting these at a reduced rate was a nice perk. I'd definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay here. The beach/gulf ocean view was amazing! The unit was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and combined with the sound of the ocean, I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time (when we weren’t on the beach or enjoying the great nearby restaurants. The place is centrally located, near restaurants, water sport excursions & even night life. There was plenty of cookware and kitchen/bath essentials to get you started (although we always bring our own). The unit was very spacious as well, compared to other ocean front properties in the area: open concept & closet space to store your luggage. The only downside was the $364 cleaning fee, when the guest is still expected to wash all dishes, start the dishwasher, take out all trash & remove all linens. No worries, because I always do that anyway; however, that’s a hefty price tag for a cleaning fee. Other than that, I highly recommend this property & will be returning. Thanks Panhandle!!! 10/10
