We've stayed at Calypso a couple times, towers 1 & 2 are right on the beach and the set up is really nice for a small group or large families. We always have our kids friends with us so it's nice they can have their own spaces. This condo was clean and met expectations. Almost no food storage, prepare for that as well as what you might need beyond the starter pack. There is a target and walmart in walking distance (a flat 10-15 min walk) and the office has some basic supplies as well. Right next to pier park. This one didn't come with beach service and there are no supplies so plan accordingly or reserve your chairs in the morning ($60/day). We didn't encounter any issues and Panhandle has always been quick to respond the two times we've rented from them.
