Great location and home is lovely but living space was tight for 7 adults. Table did not accommodate all to sit and the couch was only area to sit. Home was clean but lots of sand. Grill could use replacing or at least a good cleaning if you plan to grill. Bikes were nice but seats were not adjustable so tall adults could not ride. Warning Beach area is not ideal as the private condo police the beach area so you can’t set up. Would return again but would not bring more than 6. Even if you had kids very tight.

Host was welcoming and amenities were in great condition! We had a parking issue and they handled it so politely and accordingly.

After a booking didn’t work out, we had to find a place last minute and the Blue Marlin ended up being perfect. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, just like the photos. It had a calm, welcoming vibe and was exactly what we needed to relax and reset.
We didn’t use the pool or kitchen, but everything was well-stocked and ready if we had wanted to. The Xplore program was a great bonus, it gave us access to bikes and discounts on local experiences, which really added to our trip.
While we didn’t walk to the beach, it was only about a 7-minute drive away and easy to get to. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the host was super responsive and helpful from the moment we booked.
Overall, it was a fantastic last-minute find and a great home base for enjoying 30A. We’d definitely stay here again!
