Just as described! Brand new and fit all of our needs. Golf cart included and just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Dog friendly house, community, and beach. Short golf cart ride to neighboring community that had a little shop, pizza place, and additional pool. The house had all of the needed amenities. Downtown Port St. Joe is about a 5 mile drive by car with a few restaurants, shops, ice cream places, and grocery store. Our family had a wonderful spring break and we’d like to come back!
