312 is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is fresh and new. The management answered texts immediately with any request we such as adding an extra day! It was that great!The view from the LR and bedroom A.No problem with elevators and easy walk up if needed. Thank you Panhandle Getaways and Tide Water!!

This is our 4th year staying at this location; however, it is our 1st time using Panhandle. I was very impressed with their communication from the time we booked our stay until the time we checked out. the staff was friendly and responded to our immediate concerns (we had one issue with a toilet not flushing properly, but once I notified Panhandle, they sent a service person out immediately to correct the issue). our instructions were clear from the time of booking until check out and since we had to leave early on check out, they sent a text to me to confirm my checkout. Will definitely use Panhandle again.
