Been staying at The Summerhouse for about 20 years now. We keep coming back because we know when we get there, if there are any issues they will be fixed. It is a quiet, family-friendly low-key complex. It's home away from home. Plus, I'm old school and still like being able to call the actual condo and talk to a person at that front desk and make my reservations. We usually rent 3 condos in October and have about 12 people there for a week. We have referred many families to The Summerhouse. We love it.
