We have been to this area several times and always enjoy our time here. The bikes included in rental was a plus. Did not use pool as we chose to spend time on the beach. The house was comfortable and clean. Could include beach towels as those that are flying in do not always have room to bring their own.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to Rosemary Beach, the pool was beautiful and the beach access was amazing.

Awesome stay...great house and community!
Two specific pieces of feedback:
1. Including beach towels would be awesome. We flew in, so packing 5 extra towels would have been a pain. We ended buying five and donating them to the house. Hopefully those stay for future guests.
2. The biggest missing item was a gas grill. It would have been AWESOME to be able stay home a night or two and just fire up the grill. Please please invest a grill for future guests.
Other than that it was awesome.
We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay—thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’ve found that when beach towels are provided, they often go missing or get taken home unintentionally. That said, we truly appreciate you leaving yours behind for future guests traveling from afar—it was such a kind gesture, and we hope they’ll be enjoyed by others as well. A gas grill is a fantastic suggestion, and we’re excited to share that we’ll be adding one soon so guests can make the most of their time at the house. We had a great stay! The tram service was so convenient, walkable to restaurants, and a super cute and peaceful community. Panhandle was very responsive and helped us with check in issues so quickly. Would definitely stay here again!
