We absolutely loved the Mermaid Bungalow. It was such a beautiful house and had everything we could have asked for. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if there was a sheet there that had every access code that you needed for the pool gate, golf cart and bike lock code- so it was all in one place. And if the HOA rules were listed. We didn’t know that we couldn’t hang our towels on the porch rail to dry for a couple hours. I got a text telling me that we needed to remove them. We had a fabulous trip - this info would just be nice to have all in one place.

We stayed at Mermaid Bungalow when we came down with family to celebrate my birthday. It is a beautiful house with everything you need, games, bikes, golf cart, etc. The location is perfect. It is only a short distance from The Big Chill but we didn’t hear any noise even though it was packed Saturday evening. It is a wonderful home and I will definitely stay there again.

Thought we would be closer to beach. Toilet paper was horrible and not enough information on what beaches we were allowed to go to. The house was wonderful and we did have a great time

Beautiful home!

My husband, myself, our son and daughter-in law and three grandchildren stayed for 5 nights. Great safe area, tons of space, looks brand new, and extremely clean. Two large well decorated master suites. Kids loved bunks. Bathrooms are modern and very nice. Community pool is almost in backyard. Would definitely recommend. We had more space than really needed. Porches and decks are also very nice. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful bonding experience with moms and daughters in a very beautiful Home. It was a safe and extremely clean beachy aesthetic neighborhood off of busy 30A in Florida!!! Truly a lovely retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the multiple outdoor seating areas, the bikes, scooters and pool/beach gear included, etc. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, to provide all the pertinent info we would need before we arrived and were available if we had any questions during our stay. The home’s proximity to the Big Chill and all of the amenities there was perfect! We enjoyed being able to walk over, shop, eat, play… We would 10/10 return and hope to do so in the near future! We had such a wonderful week at Jeremy and Amanda’s home with our family. It was as perfect as the listing described/looked and we couldn’t have asked for an easier or more enjoyable rental. Will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It still remains the cleanest and most homelike property that we’ve stayed in. Jeremy and Amanda are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this home for your vacation!

This property has it all! The house was perfect for our group of two families. The community pools are so nice, plenty of chairs and space to spread out. The golf carts were a family favorite. If you are thinking of booking this place, do it!!! It’s even better than the pics!

Home is beautiful. Great location. Jeremy was very easy to work with and was very helpful during our stay.

We stayed for my sister’s 40th birthday. We had 8 adults in our party and we were extremely comfortable. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and stocked for anything you may need. We cooked a few meals and found everything we needed and then some in terms of cookware, serving utensils, cutlery, etc. We found plenty of options for takeout that delivered as well. The neighborhood was a little crowded, but that is to be expected. It was quiet at night. The Hub offered plenty of shopping, entertainment and a nice food court, and all only a short walk from the house. We opted to rent a golf cart and found that quite useful for getting around the neighborhood as well as getting to the beach. Everyone in our group commented on the comfort of the mattresses as well as the overall home decor. We made use of the many beach accessories available. Jeremy really did think of everything. We could not have been happier with our stay, and we would love to return sometime. Thank you, Jeremy!!

This house is amazing. It was absolutely spotless on arrival- the cleanest rental home we’ve ever stayed in. Decorated very well, beds are comfortable. 2 master suites are such an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back soon. Jeremy and Amanda are exceptional hosts! They have thought of everything to make the stay as home like as possible. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Prominence! Jeremy and Amanda’s house is amazing—beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook meals, close proximity to one of the 2 pools on the property and walking distance to the Hub if you want take out/entertainment. We didn’t want to come home.😊 They even greeted us with wine and delicious Petit fours (which we did not tell the children about). Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and your quick responses to all of our questions about local golf cart rentals, beaches, etc. Location is close to Seaside, Publix, and Rosemary Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a stunning property. Everything in the home is first class and well equipped. The Prominence community is extremely nice. Guests that stay here will be in the center of 30A happenings. Jeremy and Amanda did an excellent job of communicating prior to our trip. They were very helpful and willing to make sure that we had a great time. They even communicated an up to date HOA rule change that allowed us to rent a golf cart during our stay. The home was the perfect layout for us. We were staying with my father and his wife, and my family of 5. The dual master setup was perfect for us to relax after a day of fun. The open kitchen was a great place to gather and well stocked with items. Everything was 5 stars as far as the decorating. My wife and I really like to stay at nice places, and she kept commenting how "cute" it was. The Hub is a great place to hang out with the family in the evenings, or casually walk through for breakfast or lunch. The shops were very nice as well. We ventured out to a number of nearby towns as well. Seaside, Grayton, Alys, and Rosemary were all different and fun to explore. The adults went out for an amazing dinner at Pescado in Alys beach, and highly recommend this place. As a family we ate at the Perfect Pig, and The Red Bar as far as places to mention. We also stayed in for a few nights which was really enjoyable as well. My only complaint was the lack of views of the water. It seems like this section of the 30A area is harder to see the ocean. The beach access was a bit of a chore to find parking, and Deer Lake State Park was closed, so we loaded up and usually drove to better parking to enjoy the beach. We did end up with huge swells and some cooler weather, but we would have to expect that in March. I can imagine that May and September are probably the perfect time to visit. I hope this review is helpful to future guests interested in Jeremy and Amanda's place. I have no doubt people will really enjoy their time here.
