Great spot for kids! The unit was clean on arrival. Great location with kid friendly spots to eat and play across the street. 5 minute drive to beaches.

We booked a last minute trip to 30a to escape some winter weather and enjoy some sun. We have an infant and it was so convenient to have a quiet place to come and relax by the beach for a few days. This is a great place for families, it came equipped with a few beach essentials, and is close by to local shops and bigger grocery stores. We had a great time and would come back again!

The property was great. the weather was brutal (I know you have nothing to do with that). the owners of the condo next door kept their garage door open all night which made the house very cold. You may want to discuss this with them.
