Had a Wonderful Week w/family! Weather was nice and beach wasn’t overly crowded! Got to see dolphins & they were very playful every morning! Our unit was nice-cozy!

We have stayed at At least 20 different condos on the beach in PCB and this one beats them ALL!!! The location was amazing, the beach was not that busy and we went during prime season! The balcony was incredible and there was more than enough space for us and our three kids! My daughter had her own bathroom and was thrilled. Our stay was nothing short of perfect! At this point we won’t stay anywhere else!!!!

We always enjoy our stay at Sterling Breeze! Your staff is friendly & always helpful. We especially enjoy friendships of Natalie & Selena! Our unit was clean upon entry. We thank the owner for the new washer/dryer unit, the great new shower in the master suite, the shelving unit over the pantry door, living room lamps, shelves in the master suite. Was anything found by the cleaning staff? See you next January! Enjoy your summer season.

Property as described in listing, we didn’t know about the two free beach chairs and umbrella until the last day when we signed the guestbook so take advantage of that. Not a long wait at any time for elevators and being the 20th floor it was just fine. Would stay again.

Unit was clean and spacious. Some of the appliances needed some updates but otherwise a perfect vacation

Absolutely loved staying in 2004! Our friends got engaged this trip so coming back to this place was awesome every night. The view off the balcony was beautiful! Will definitely come back
