Been going to PCB for many decades, Ive stayed at most of the resorts but this was the first time at Splash and it was the best of all the resorts by far. The pictures dont do the condo justice- it is huge. I have a large family and never once felt crowded. It was very comfortable. We brought alot of chairs and tents for our group but to my surprise this condo came with 1st row beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) not far from the beach access, so we didnt use the tents at all, just a few chairs and umbrellas. I saw alot of complaints about the elevators but we went for 4th of July and didnt experience any issues at all. It is the only resort Ive stayed at with ample parking and no limit on # cars. The staff was so nice and the restaurants inside were great. My kids loved the pools and splash pad. One of the best vacations we have had in PCB. 10/10 Recommend this place.

Extremely spacious! Very nice and clean.

This was our first stay in this specific condo, but our fourth time at Splash. The condo is located on the 20th floor right next to the elevator. With being on one of the top floors, it was easy to catch an elevator down.
The room was exactly as described and plenty big enough for the 10 of us including six young children. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious
Check-in was easy, although Panhandle utilizes a texting system to collect additional information from guests instead of using AirBnB as its primary communication platform.
We had a great experience and would recommend this condo unit, especially if you want to have two families stay together.
